Another awesome experience! I rent a car regularly at the Renaissance Hotel in Warsaw, and always the team shows high levels of efficiency, teamwork, and excellent customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer! Thank you for everything you do!

Couldn’t fault them.
Service, communications, and the Car was better than I booked.
Would highly recommend
Would definitely use them again.
Thank You

Personale professionale, puntuale e gentile. Veloci nella consegna e riconsegna dell’auto. Automobile impeccabile e contratto conveniente. Assolutamente una garanzia.

Great service and convinient location!
I highly recommend it - definitely be back Warsaw office:)

Everything went smoothly. From the pick-up from the airport until returning the car and being brought back to the airport again. Only problem with the car was that the keycard had a low battery. But if anything was going to happen we should get a new keycard or another car as soon as possible. Luckily nothing happened but I trusted the company to keep their promises.

quick booking posibillity, at the location nice help and thinking with us. Nice and clean car. Good price-quality.

Rzetelna obsługa, auta nowe i dobrze wyposażone. Szybki proces odbioru oraz zwrotu auta.

AVOID - SCAM: They will supply you with a car with existing damage and then accuse you of the damage. Do not use.

After renting a vehicle from UAB “Your Rent LT”, a sum of €895.70 was charged from my payment card for alleged damages, without any objective evidence or substantiated damage assessment being provided, which I consider potentially inconsistent with fair commercial practice and consumer protection requirements.

Le but ?

Excellent almost new vehicle which was a group higher than I'd booked.
The length of time required to get the vehicle and also to drop it off again was frustrating, which I think was due to the limited number of staff.
Also, the vehicle was very dirty on collection, due to the vehicles being kept outside and there had been 'dirty'rain

Vlotte ophaal service vanaf de luchthaven. Goede auto's en vriendelijke mensen.

Simple collection/drop off 3 mins from airport
