Wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Poczytałem opinie na internecie i byłem trochę negatywnie nastawiony, ale kompletnie niepotrzebnie. Ludzie na miejscu wszystko mi wytłumaczyli, moje ubezpieczenie było tylko na depozyt a nie samochód. Ważne, żeby wziąć lokalnie ubezpieczenie bo głowa jest spokojniejsza.

If you’re considering renting a car from this company — which also trades under the name Wheego — read the many accounts of appalling customer service before you book.

Here is my experience at the Warsaw Airport branch, two days ago.

I presented my prepaid rental voucher from Booking.com along with a valid credit card in my name. I was told the card could not be used for the deposit, and was handed a handwritten note stating that I would have to pay a non-refundable fee equal to three times the cost of my two-day rental in order to collect a car I had already paid for.

The reason given? My first name appeared as an initial rather than in full, so the card “could belong to anyone with the same surname.” Five minutes later, the same member of staff had no problem whatsoever accepting that same card to pay the fee.

At no point was I shown any terms and conditions justifying the charge, nor an official price list. This was simply pressure applied to extract money from a customer with a flight behind them and no alternative in front of them.

My next steps are a chargeback claim with my credit card provider and a complaint to the Polish consumer rights ombudsman (UOKiK).

I booked a rental with YourRent in Alicante months in advance, for the period from 16 July to 13 August. I cancelled my reservation 18 days before the scheduled start date, which was well within the cancellation window for a full refund (48 hours).

As shown in the email correspondence, the refund was processed on 28 June, the same day I cancelled the booking. However, more than €500 has still not been credited to my account.

Despite following the cancellation policy and being told the refund was processed, I am still waiting for my money. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Samochod który zarezerwowałam był dokładnie tym modelem, który chciałam wypożyczyć. Dodatkowym plusem była szybka procedura odbioru i zwrotu auta w wygodnej lokalizacji tuż obok budynku lotniska.

Wypożyczalnia na bardzo wysokim światowym poziomie. Świeże i czyste samochody, wszystko pod nosem.
Jakość obsługi również bardzo dobra, Panowie Jarek, Maciej, Szymon robią w Warszawie wspaniałą robotę.

Very disappointing experience with YOUR RENT 365 SPAIN S.L. / WHEEGO Rent a Car.

A security deposit of €1,150 was blocked on my credit card, with the promise that it would be released within 7 days after returning the vehicle.

It has now been more than 16 days, and the deposit is still being withheld without explanation.

During the rental, the vehicle had a pre-existing electrical issue that later caused a battery failure. I lost an entire day of my trip and waited several hours for roadside assistance.

Despite multiple follow-ups with both Your Rent and Wheego, I have not received a proper response or solution.

Very poor customer service and post-rental support.

The pick up at the airport was quick. To register and get the car was easy. The rental car agents were helpful, professional and friendly.
The drop off was very easy also. No problem at all. I definitely recommend this company and will use it again.

Overcharged and then disappeared.
I am following from a Google review post where I was charged 1,200 Euros for a minor scratch that was there when I picked up the car.

Context:
1 - On the date 26th March 2026, I rented a vehicle at Your Rent – Kaunas branch with a return on the 4th April 2026 at the same branch.

2 - The rental agreement was done via debit card for an amount of €200 (service) + €1,200 (refundable deposit).

3 - Once the rental concluded, I emailed the rental company about the release of my deposit. This email was sent on the 16th April 2026.

4 - No response was given, but the deposit was released to my account on the 26th April 2026.

5 - However, on a later date on 3rd of May 2026, the rental company charged me with €1420,70. Out of this total amount, only €1,200 was taken (the amount of the deposit).

6 - The amount the rental company charged are due to alleged minor damage (a small scratch) which, by picture provided, were already there.

In conclusion, Yourent is gosthing me (even after all the documents and proves provided) and what they did is actually illegal as releasing the deposit and then charging again, goes against the consumer contract.
Not to mention that this happened 40 days after I returned the car.
Of course I am dealing with this via other ways, but if you must take a car with Yourent, take pictures in and out. At least 50 pictures from all angles.

Weego was very professional and reasonable and are the car hire company I use when I come to Alicante have recommended them to friends as well

This is our second time using wheego, pick up and drop off are swift, cars are in new condition, haven't had any issues at all.
Will use again
