Your Home Furniture Arvostelua

Good products with good service and decent prices.

Excellent service, Harry was knowledgeable and knew just what we would like. The sofa came sooner than expected. Very happy and will definitely use again. Thank you.

David who is the Manager personally came out to my house to measure the room for the carpets and new bed etc. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. All of the new items purchased are fantastic and the comfortability of the bed is amazing.

He visited again once everything had been fitted to make sure it was all correct and we were happy.

Excellent service from a small local business. Highly, highly recommended.

Not being local to Your Home Furniture, this was my first purchase from them and it turned out to be an excellent experience from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the lead time, there was always someone there to pick up the phone if I had a query and without exception I found everyone very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to all involved. 5 stars from me.

Team knowledge good and all dealings accurate and courteous

Took time to show my elderly mum around the store for a suitable chair and mattress. The chap was pleasant, not pushy. She enjoyed the experience shopping here.

Very friendly. Very accommodating. Great service. Also a gorgeous product.

Ordered a mattress, the lady I spoke with was very helpful. Would definitely recommend highly.

Excellent customer service.

Salesman in the shop was very helpful.the delivery team were excellent, informing me when they would be arriving and putting it back together, after having to dismantle it to get through the door. All done with good humour. Thank you

Recently purchased two recliners and a two seater settee. The salesman took his time to explain all the features available on the recliners and at no time were we pressurised. The showroom is very well presented with a good variety of choice and we have since returned to purchase two kitchen bar chairs. Excellent service, thank you.

Yesterday I had 4 dining chairs delivered from Your Home, the whole service from start to finish has been outstanding, they came assembled no packaging and a couple of really nice delivery guys
Well done Your Hone, all your staff are a credit to your company, I love the chairs, thank you

Just had my delivery from Your Home. The 2 guys were very friendly, helpful and on time. The new item was in place and all packaging removed efficiently and quickly. I couldn’t ask for more.

Brilliant service from management team to delivery personnel, I would definitely recommend YourHome Newark.

Another great experience thanks to the "Your Home" team. Purchased our new bedroom furniture and due to a supplier delay the bedside units were ages, but the team lent us a couple and after much chasing by the tenacious team, they got us the final bits sorted. Thanks Rob and team :)

Helpful and friendly staff and delivery team.

I cannot thank the Team at Your Home enough. My friends family from the Ukraine 🇺🇦 have just arrived after having to flee their home from the war. She needed a wardrobe to fit in a small space as she has transformed her lounge into a bedroom for them. The Your Home team sorted this and delivery without charge. My friend was overcome with joy at the kindness shown by Rob, Dave and their team. Thank you all so much. 💖

Tumbled across this shop by accident. Great experience, Excellent knowledgable 'non pushy' sales staff. Ordered 2 recliners Tuesday lunchtime. Requested that they be built prior to delivery (no A levels in DIY!). 'Not a problem we will deliver, (some 17 miles distant) on Friday OK?'
Two very amiable and polite guys arrived as promised, placed in situ, plumbed the electrics in, demonstrated how to drive them, and departed with a cheery goodbye! Spot on! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from David and the team at Your Home. I was kept well informed throughout and my new conservatory flooring looks amazing and has completely transformed the room. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

We were really pleased with our recent purchase of a two seat recliner and two single seats. The quality of the product was excellent. Buying local was also important and remains an attractive option going forward, such was the quality of service offered by 'Your Home' .

After a long time looking, I finally found not 1 but 2 sofas to choose from that I loved. With help from the amazing staff, we choose, and now have our sofas. The staff have the right level of helpfulness and attentiveness, but still give you space to come to your decision. Can’t recommend this shop enough! Great customer service throughout from browsing to installation. Many many thanks!
