Your Home Furniture Arvostelua

I have had the most incredible service from both Rob and Dave, I went in for a coffee table and came out with a dinning table too. I can’t wait to go back and order my sofa.
I cannot recommend this company enough so helpful and the quality of the furniture is superb. Parking right next to them too, so super easy to find and access.

I would like to thank Dave,Rob and all the staff at Your Home Furniture at Newark for making our purchase of our 2 sofas a pleasure from start to finish
And of course making the perfect scatter cushions that we chose
Very quick delivery, put the sofas in place and deposed of the rubbish
Highly recommend
Brilliant customer service
Thank you Lucinda and Ossey Rhule of Lincoln

Great experience with this company. From their help with ordering the right item ( to match existing sofa), to arranging delivery and then delivery, all was great service.
I’d highly recommend Rob and the team .

Recently bought a sofa & foot stool from your home. Great service from Rob who was friendly and knowledgeable. The sofa is perfect, highly recommend!

Walked past the shop and saw a patio set outside. Buying and organising delivery was very straightforward. Delivery went smoothly. Decent sales person in the shop.

Great team shop & delivery service

Very good advice given about the different types of mattresses.
I bought a double ortho Harrison Spinks one. It's well made and very comfortable.
Delivery service was very good. I live outside the area. The delivery men arrived on time. They unpacked the mattress and set it up for me.
An excellent company

I rang your home and talked to the sales staff mid week I went into the shop in the afternoon having established exactly what I required as I have mobility problems at the moment. The staff were very helpful and friendly showed me what we had discussed. It was perfect and was delivered the following Tuesday. The delivery men were extremely helpful and polite. I would give them all a 5 star rating

We recently purchased a bed from Rob at YourHome. Absolutely fantastic service. Rob was so knowledgeable about the different products and we have a great bed and mattress we love at a great price. Delivery was also first class and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

We found this store online while searching for a sofa we had seen locally. From the first phone call to the day we had our sofa's delivered the customer service was first class
Really helpfull & knowledgeable staff who advised me and found exactly what i wanted. The communication along the whole process was fantastic and i will certainly use again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service yet again. Everyone who works for Your Home has been so kind and considerate from the moment that I walked into the shop and until I had my sofa delivery. Amazing price and fantastic sofa. The guys who delivered the item were brilliant and moved my other furniture round for me due to my back injury. Really feel like I am amongst friends when I go into Your Home. Thank you so much to all of you 😊

Great service from initial ordering of my sofa and chair. Helpful on the phone and delivered promptly with updates along the way. Special shout out to Luke on delivery. Friendly and helpful.

Excellent company to deal with, efficient updates, quick delivery, product well packaged and competitive pricing. Very pleased with our Galleria Wilton rug purchase. Highly recommend this family run business.

The staff are brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly, brilliant service from all the staff here. Rob,David and Julie are the staff I dealt with and they are great people to get to know. After service was excellent right to my purchase was sitting in my house.

Great service & staff are really helpful 👍 me & my friend even got a free hot drink they made for us 😀 The newark store delivered on the day they said. Fantastic service 👏 👌

Brilliant service lived up to my expectations lots help support and would buy from this company in a regular basis 5 star

We found this retailer online after we searched for the sofa we had seen in another shop, and and found that Your Home Furniture sold it at a much better price. We were a little apprehensive as it was somewhere we hadn’t heard of, but after speaking with Julie from the shop we were reassured and we placed the order. We need not have worried at all though as these guys are great. We got a call all within the estimated delivery window to arrange delivery, and it all turned up when they said it would. We had a small issue with one piece, due to a manufacturing problem which was efficiently resolved and a replacement price was again received well before the estimated time. They are have been a pleasure to deal with, and I have no reservations about recommending them.

Excellent service! The delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. A special thank you to Rob for the outstanding customer service and support throughout the process. Highly recommend

Great service from the chaps here , infact I bought a mattress of my own choice from here, and after a few weeks it didn’t feel quite right for me. I contacted the staff at the shop and they helped me choose a better one for me and happily exchanged it, the very next day. Amazing service, always buy local . Great friendly team
