Your Home Furniture Arvostelua

Ordered twice from this company- fantastic customer service.
Second purchase I placed I ordered different colour bar stools from original. Git a phone call from the business to check - thank goodness as I ordered wrong colour, that phone call from the business saved me money and hassle. V much appreciated.

Excellent service. Pleasant helpful staff. Great choice of furniture at reasonable prices. Delivery made on the afternoon arranged by friendly, helpful man.

I was impressed that Harry came to visit me to view the restricted access and advise. Ordering was straightforward and the staff are very helpful and polite. The delivery was on time.

Extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely be the first place I'd go for furniture in the future

Amazing customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been so impressed that I felt I had to. Definitely recommend nothing was too much trouble.

What a great experience got 2 lovely recliners helpful staff highly recommend

Quality service and quality furniture. We live in Jersey and Harry & the team helped all the way to get the couches to our shipping depot in the UK. Fantastic team and would highly recommend to anyone!

The service is impeccable - from buying the sofa to delivery - they couldn't do too much - well worth a visit.

I hate sales people that pressure you as you look around. This place was the opposite...nice and relaxed, helpful when asked, and had a sense of humour!

Great service from start to finish with friendly helpful staff who delivered and assembled my new chair on time, with politeness and a joke and a smile. Great product and price and has made my life easier. Glad I used a local provider.

We bought two leather recliner chairs from Your Home. Rob could not do enough for us. He sourced the exact chairs we wanted and then assembled them for us, at no extra charge. He then drove 2 1/2hrs to deliver them to us on a day and time that suited us. If you are looking for great furniture, at very competitive prices and superb service, you won't find better than Rob at Your Home

This is our second order from Your Home Furniture and the service we received was outstanding. The showroom is well stocked so you can sit on the sofas, rather than trying to decide from an online photo. All the staff members are exceptionally helpful, without being at all pushy, very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. We were given a warm welcome and gratefully received a hot drink. The sofas were delivered with great care and with respect for our property and they arrived sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. We have recommended the company to so many friends and family and it is great to be able to buy from a local firm who really cares about its customers. We will be back! Thank you to you all for such a pleasant and positive experience again.

This is an exceptional furniture shop run by exceptional people. I fitted out my new house with a superior super comfortable sofa / sofa bed / bed mattress / marble dining table and bench unit / accent chair / sideboard / tv unit. High quality goods at extremely competitive price points, delivered and assembled by a local firm. People who you get to know and who understand your requirements. Not some anonymous warehouse in a place you've never heard of. The Your Home Furniture customer service is second to none - even after ordering something and then changing my mind, there was no problem. The unflappable and ever positive Harry provided customer service above and beyond expectations - as did the rest of the team: Rob, Dave, Gillian & Paul. I'd highly recommend this shop to all.

And thanks again for all the advice.

Much appreciated with everything you've done for us

The service is second to none! Friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to make your decision perfect!

The staff were really helpful, from the point I wandered in trying out different types of sofa through purchase right upto my sofas being delivered yesterday; the customer service was excellent.

Wow,just bagged an absolute bargain at your home!!!
The sofa I bought is called the savoy and we absolutely love it!!
No pushy sales pitch just honest answers and sound knowledge of the product we were looking at.the delivery team were equally as impressive, courteous and highly efficient in putting the sofa together.
Would gladly purchase again form this store and recommend to anyone who asks

I would recommend this company to everyone . I live in manchester and have had the best service . I would personally thank Harry and Dave . They are the nicest of people and really look after you . The furniture is beautiful and a very good quality . I will definitely shop with them again .

First time buyer from Your Home and it's been an amazing experience. Saw their 2 Day Sale advertised and went to look. From looking at the various sofas and being advised by Harry, there was no pushy sales just information.
We ordered Friday was delivered Wednesday and included the chair which was on a 4- 12 weeks delivery!
The delivery team were brilliant, took the old one apart and out. Brought in the new one. Friendly and got on with the job.

Have been impressed by every aspect and would definitely recommend and use again.

Had the lovely Harry help me and organise an order for a full new set of dining chairs, answering loads of questions as I wasn't able to see the chairs in person. He both provided the best price and service to kick things off. I also spoke to a lovely lady, which I didn't catch the name of, as well as David when FedEx decided to split up the order into 2 different deliveries. All of the team were excellent and really quick to answer question.
