Used this company in the past for a flag that was done really quick, couldn’t fault them at that time. I went to order a new flag for the cup final game with more than 3 weeks notice and nothing, designers refusing to design the flag I wanted, no one contacting me, I had to constantly contact them and nothing. Experienced extremely poor customer service and designers refusing to do an order isn’t good business. Time to look for a new company that will deliver on an order. Disappointed is an understatement!

Business state that they had no order from me, I have screen shots stating that the designers refused to design my flag. I ordered the same way as I did my first flag, again I have screen shots. I don’t want a free flag I’m more than happy to pay but you have upset a 12 year old with autism who the flag was for. Especially when it was for such an amazing event. I am more than happy to supply the screen shots as evidence. Shameful lying from this business!

You did state the designer refused to do the work and you would try another designer and never got a reply back, again screen shots available as proof!
Today the 25/2/2023 is the first I heard of any family loss.

They helped me when i did somerhing wrong and eventhough the futcard still isnt here i was very happy

I've had nothing but exceptional service from the team behind YFC.

They've always supplied discount codes for customers, 100% off codes, which I don't see anyone else offer.

My own personal experience though was just last September it was coming up to my brother's birthday, I won a couple of competitions for some free cards, I was even able to upgrade my card size which I was very grateful for.

My cards arrived safely as usual no issues, these wins was for my brother who I sent the cards to for his birthday.

Anyway long story short Hermes/Evri damaged and thrown away my parcel and denied me for compensation, I contacted the team behind YFC and they was so helpful and understanding in helping me get some replacements sorted very quickly.

Thanks very much YFC that generosity was very much appreciated.
