I’ve been looking for a product like Under Eye Enhancer for a long time .
This product can eradicate big eye bags in minutes . It’s amazing

Applied to one eye (so as to have a clear comparison) following instructions to the letter. I noticed the tightening but, after 30 minutes, there was NO difference between applied and unappiled eye whatsoever. I tried on the unapplied eye but, again, nothing happened. Really dissapointed after all the hype on the website and before/after pictures. For me, a complete waste of money - would give no stars if it was an option! Will be going in the bin. Edited to add; following reply from Skinbunny I had already contacted them prior to leaving this review to express my frustrations!

The actual product wasn't for me but as a company and customer service I couldn't fault them. They uphold what they say they will. Very pleasant professional and a company that does actually answer their phones. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Having purchased a product which did not suit me, I requested a refund. Had a very quick polite response.
Gave me details of how to get a refund or an alternative with an apology.

Follow the instructions and within seconds you feel your skin tightening and looking firm.

Drys and crystallizes in the bottle if you don't use the bottle within 2 weeks. It turned into flakes in the bottle.. a shame really because the few times I used it. It did work. And yes the top was on, and screwed down tight.

I was going to complain about the residue after first trying it. However. . . I just had a go with the tiniest amount of product on a really small sponge, and it isn’t leaving residue at all. Effect is great and I think the problem is your recommending a ‘pea size’ amount (which was disastrous in my case).

Very disappointed. Followed the instructions and skin definitely feels tighter after application however the white residue looks absolutely ridiculous. The skin under my eyes was actually sore after removal so had to apply moisturiser frequently. Waste of money

A little goes a long way with this product. I put a pea sized amount on the back of my hand as per instructions and gently swiped under each eye. You can actually feel it tightening. My initial order did not arrive, so I let Customer Services know and they were so quick to help and send me a replacement out. Thank you Nicky for your assistance. Loving it so far !

To be honest... yes it works but....only for a few minutes then my eye bags are back! How on earth are people saying it lasts a few hours! Not on me it doesn't and yes im using it correctly 🙄. Quite disappointing.

Leaves a white residue, under eye bags look worse. Should say when you order it is not serum or cream. A waste of money.

Have had bad eye bags for about 10 years. Was sceptical at first, but wow really impressed. Can feel it working. Lasts all day.

I was fascinated by the videos I saw online of the under eye serum so I decided to give it a go and WOW it is incredible. I watched my bags literally disappear in front of me! I did a little live video at the time so it's absolutely true it works! My mum has just ordered some too!

Oh this stuff works!! I am dubious of absolutely everything and I bought this thinking it probably wouldn’t do anything but wow!! It does just what it says, smooths and tightens beautifully!! A+

Whilst you cannot deny the tightening effect it has under the eyes, the chalky white residue it leaves is very disappointing. Even adjusting the amount used on the skin doesn’t stop the chalkiness left behind once the liquid has set. Wouldn’t purchase again, it makes you look like Donald Trump.

This is an amazing product! I have tried other under eye enhancers but this is the only one that really works. Follow the application instructions & you’ll have smooth under-eyes with no residue. It really has given me so much more confidence, I don’t even bother with concealer now & it’s brilliant on frown lines too! A bottle lasts for ages & I can’t fault their customer service.

Fast delivery , great product, really works was shocked how well it does ,u only need a little bit , I was impressed with it

I was skeptical about this under eye treatment after trying other brands but this one definitely improves bags and wrinkles around the eyes. Lasts for around 6 hours for me and definitely improves that tired eye look. My wife was also impressed by the results.

Lots of people clearly love this product. For me not so much as I had some skin aggravation from it. You can’t please everyone, fair enough. Rang Skin Bunny customer care to share this with them and just like that, they just asked me to send it back and they’d give me a refund.

And today I have a refund, no questions asked like they advertise. Delivery has been deducted, not sure if I paid for that or if it was free and had to pay postage to return, but bearing in mind I had used the product for a week I’ve got the majority of my money back.

Anyone looking at the reviews wondering if they’re genuine or not, I’d say give it a go. Genuine company who stand by their product and customer service!
