Youles Blackburn and Manchester - excellent customer service!
Went for a test ride on a Triumph 400 at the Blackburn branch - all the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant to deal with.The branch was a welcoming place too.
Later went to the Manchester branch and test rode a Honda that I ended up purchasing! I was welcomed as warmly as I had been at the Blackburn branch, treated well ( there’s only so much coffee you can consume!) Particlar thanks goes to Dave, who was a pleasure to deal with and saved me money on the tracker I had fitted. I would heartily recommend a visit if you are looking to change your bike, or if you’re in the market for a first bike. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service on bike storage over winter
Used Youles Blackburn to store my bike over winter. They looked after the bike, condition was perfect. I had an MoT and a link lowering kit swapped too before getting the bike back on the road and everything was done properly. Excellent communication with the shop as well throughout winter. The workshop guys even fixed a loose indicator for free. Great service, proper bikers.
