Called in to youles Blackburn today to trade in for a speed twin 1200 rs sales guy was great straight talking had a look at my bike speed twin 1200 25 plate 6000 miles had to get Phil out for price I even have 500 pounds of extras and he offered 7800 he’s a joke says we pay more for used bikes even we buy any bikes offered more Chester triumph offered more but wouldn’t lower the price on the new 1200 r/s it’s about both parties feeling good about the deal not just you phill making a large profit I was sorry couldn’t do a deal as the sales guy was spot on and felt at ease talking to him

Exemplary customer service from John at the Manchester Shop when I had my Honda CBR600rr in for service. This is a really professional company that do a first class job both front of house and in the workshop. Communication was excellent from John who sorted out my recall work and updated my service records. The standard of work is excellent and I can tell me bike has been thoroughly checked over and inspected which is piece of mind, they even lubricated little areas of the bike that often get overlooked which really impressed me. I’ve been biking 25years but this dealer is the best I’ve used and the staff are to be commended particularly John who went the extra mile 10/10

Just purchased a Honda vision due to having a bad knee and struggling to get on my RE at present as a result. Purchased from Youles Honda in Manchester and can only say first class service. Everything taken care of by the sales staff efficiantly. I would also like to give a special mention to the delivery driver ( I think Dave was his name from Egerton ) who went above and beyond the call of duty getting the bike to me in NE Lancs after being stuck in bank holiday traffic for 2hrs

Just purchased a CB650R Neo Sports Cafe motorcycle.
Very pleasant and friendly staff who were great from giving me a good P/X for my old bike, and preparing the new one for handover.
At handover David explained all the functions of the dash and paired the bike to my phone for me. Also demonstrated the e-clutch function.

Would I purchase another bike from here?

Just bought a year old Triumph from Youles Blackburn, dealt with Paul who was professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication, always responded to mails and had the bike serviced, additional parts fitted and ready to go as promised. Also dealt with Anna in stores who was equally as professional and helpful, nothing being too much trouble for either of them.
Top class service from beginning to end, very highly recommended.

Visited Youles Blackburn this morning for my first service on the new bike. Fabulous customer service as always, they arranged a ride in ride out Saturday appointment for me due to work commitments. I made an enquiry about bar end mirrors for my bike whilst there, Andy was really helpful, had them in stock along with the bar end finishers, he quoted me a great price, and even managed to get them fitted for me before I left. 5* service all round which as always is the standard for the team at Blackburn. I have just bought a Vespa from Youles Motorcycles and am very happy with the scooter and the service I received from Youles. Jason was very helpful in keeping me well informed through the buying process and the delivery and ensured that the scooter was well prepared. Had a few bikes from Philip youles suzuki and triumph Philip shoud be so proud of his staff from bike sales to the clothing team work shop team are all trained technicians anna is so clued up on helmets .she sold me a helmet which was a size smaller than all the helmets i have been using 😅 shows go to the professionals .would highly recommend youles for all your biking needs 5 stars all round .Good old fashioned service with modern technology

5 stars, and there’s a reason for it.

I dealt with Adam from start to finish and he was brilliant the whole way through. Took the time to properly talk me through the bike, what had been done to it, and kept me updated constantly on WhatsApp and calls, which made the whole process feel easy.

I had a few hiccups during the finance side, completely on me, but Adam still went above and beyond to help sort everything out and keep things moving.

For my first bike, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Genuinely sets a high bar and will be hard to beat going forward.

Would absolutely recommend Yuole’s Motorcycles, and I’d 100 percent go back to them again in the future.

Wow just purchased my new bike from the Blackburn showroom. The staff were very knowledgeable, the atmosphere was very friendly and helpful. These guys are on top of their game, excellent 6 month warranty on their used bikes and a lifetime engine warranty!

What a selection of bikes, absolutely loads of used bikes all different manufacturers, the Blackburn showroom has the franchises for Triumph, Suzuki, Vespa and Piaggio. The Manchester stores have the franchises for Triumph, Vespa, Piaggio and Honda. Thanks again guys!

Fantastic shop. The staff genuinely care about the customer. The lifetime value of a customer is of paramount importance to them. Loads of other bike shops go bust,Youles keeps going-this is not by accident!!. The last guy who wasn't pleased with his Norton needs to understand these bikes are brilliant,but hand built. This always brings a unique character to the machine. The header pipes were probably of different thickness,hence the difference in colouration. Just ride it and enjoy it! My next new bike will 100% be coming from these guys. Ride safe and have fun!

My advice would be to go elsewhere !
I bought a second hand bike from these lot, it broke down on the way home. I had subsequent problems with the bike not starting and when it did start it was running too lean on one cylinder (the exhaust was glowing red hot). I had to pay to get the bike back to Youles in Blackburn for them to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with it. Absolute jokers then offered me over £2000 less than I had paid for a £8500 bike having done less than 400 miles on it. My advice is stay away, go elsewhere because you are on your own once you ride out of the showroom !!

I don't normally write reviews, however, I feel the need on this occasion. Buying a motorcycle during the depths of winter is not something I've done before. Not being able to physically see the vehicle or do a test ride, because of distances involved, gave me some trepidation. Meet Jason,a sales person at the Blackburn showroom. He went above and beyond to make the purchase of the vehicle a pleasant experience. He sent numerous videos showing the condition of the bike, organised pickup and delivery (Ironhorse transport, which I also recommended). Any questions I had, if he didn't know, he found out.
