Yotpo Arvostelua

thanks to Joian Z for the help installing the widgets on my store !

Joian Z was amazing help. He was professional, structured in his explanation and made the entire experience very positive.

My experience with Yotpo has been perfect so far. The widgets are working great and their support is 💯, Allen M and Jeorge have been suuuper helpful and speedy and helped me set it up perfectly.

easy to reach and helped me fix the problem

Fast and professional! Solved all my problems the same day when other supports was trying to solve it two weeks. Thank you so much!

Kenneth John M was very helpful. He guided me through the entire process of integrating yotpo with our website, installing the coupon code conversion tracking, and flows, and adjusted some aesthetics. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Also, I was told your support is outsourced to another country, which usually comes with the concern of language barrier issues which can be really difficult for entrepreneurs who need to finish things quickly, and although I always show patience, I was very happy that we could communicate efficiently to accomplish the tasks.

Quick to answe my questions

i was struggling to add reviews to my new theme Nicole L was a great help.

Allen M was awesome. Responded and resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently, Highly recommended

Joian Z was immensely helpful in assisting our e-commerce team with our more nuanced questions regarding verified customer reviews. Joian greeted us quickly and they provided thorough and detailed responses to our inquiries. It was clear we were conversing with a person in the chat and they were genuinely trying to help solve our issue instead of sending responses that felt automated and cold. Thank you again!
