I give it a 3 star because the first person I reached out to did not help me at all through Yotpo chat. After reaching out to Shopify Support, they reached out to Yotpo support by email. After a few emails back and forth, I finally got Allen M. who did help me. 5 starts for Allen M. because he actually did go over and beyond in helping me with getting me a refund. My issue was, I cancelled my subscription, uninstalled the app and Yotpo continue to charge my account. This happened on Jan 30th 2023, and I finally got my issue fixed on 3/7/23 thanks to Allen M.

I absolutely love Yotpo! Excellent review service and customer support. Allen M. was a great help for me today and he's a valuable part of the Yotpo team. Really appreciate him and Yotpo in general.
