Yorkshire Windows Arvostelua

Windows installed on 8 weeks ago, condensation dripping in from the inside, no opening channels. Spoke to customer services who advised keep your Windows open , even in the freezing winter.
Happy to take your money but provide a rubbish service and demand your money as soon as the fitters knave your property
AVOID

Great windows and well fitted by two great guys. We had a few problems on installation but resolved on site and so helpful. Had problems contacting office to resolve a few things, but sorted eventually.

Very clean when they left.

No fuss efficient service from start to finish and a good price. We had checked checked a few other suppliers for price, but previous experience with Yorkshire Windows meant we had confidence in the service we'd be getting. Communication with the company was great all the way through, keeping us informed of progress and dates.
The fitters were very efficient and cleared up after they'd finished. We are really pleased with the new doors.

Jad was excellent, Quick clean and polite
thank you

Brilliant service, and everything on time as promised. Will not hesitate to recommend Yorkshire Windows every time. And the price I paid was a lot lower than I expected to pay. Thank you Yorkshire Windows for everything

From start to finish I found all employees very professional and helpful. All timelines were met and the two tradesmen fitting my new doors did a great job. Very happy.

It's the first time we've dealt with Yorkshire Windows and the first time getting new windows on our first home! We gathered various quotes from local companies and Yorkshire Windows were without a doubt the most honest out of all. Nathan was clear about which windows needed replacing and didn't just suggest he quoted us for all new windows like other companies had been doing. The installation process was extremely quick and straight forward too. Would certainly recommend!

Another great job by Yorkshire Windows. Dave and Chris fitted our patio door with the minimum of fuss and we are very pleased with the results. We have now had all our windows and doors replaced by Yorkshire Windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very helpful and efficient service. Really pleased with our new windows and doors.

I’m most upset that despite using this company to completely fit windows, doors and a conservatory to 2 houses over the years, when I need to call them out to fix a front door that I can’t shut, because if I do I’m trapped inside the house, they say they are in the area and will sort it out for me. Then they don’t turn up that day or the next day, knowing full well that I’m going away and I’m not overly keen to have a front door swinging open for the duration of my holiday. They obviously think that’s ok. I might have been pleased with their initial work but after sales is appalling.

Re their response, no they aren’t in touch with me to sort this problem out. I’m still waiting for a date and feel very forgotten.

Darrel did come out and was brilliant. Restored my faith and fixed the problem very quickly. Something did go wrong in the communication department but I’m glad to say it’s all sorted now. Now I’ve calmed down I have to say they are a good company and I would recommend them. Thank you Darrel. I’ve given you some stars back!

Sales, Installation Team (Office) and Installation Team were all efficient and helpful.
Staged payment requests we found a little too pushy and instant. This did not detract from overall service.
Small defects were attended to efficiently and with speed.

Sales designer David Evans is a lovely person, easy to talk to, helpful, down to earth and honest.
Installation team Jarrad Bradbury is very reliable, efficient, helpful and able to complete the job in hand.
Thank you so much for my new windows and patio door - 'I am highly delighted'.

Natan Gee a real gentleman. Proffesional and efficient
Good price and kept us up to date with progress.
Fitters were organized and prompt.
Love my new door and windows

David was very professional and always on time kept me informed of his progress.
Extremely clean and tidy.
Sale and design Nathan very helpful and kept me well informed

Straightforward quotation, work completed in good time - and to a high standard.

After a few issues with one of our doors, we finally got it sorted and another door fitted.
Yorkshire Windows, especially Sarah, who fought our corner.
Sarah has been fantastic, and kept us updated all the way through.
Yorkshire windows are a great company too.

A great experience, very helpful and professional. David Evans gave good advice and the installation team were very efficient, they even made a great job tidying up after the work was finished.

On behalf of my Mother, Mrs Bellingham: Excellent service from start to finish. As an elderly lady, I felt very comfortable with the initial sales advisor who was so professional and helpful and gave excellent advice. The surveyor was pleasant, and the young Man who fitted the door was a perfectionist, and made a fabulous job of the fitting. I would highly recommend Yorkshire windows, and would definitely use them again.

Disappointing customer service.
Ordered 2 sets of aluminium doors, which got damaged during installation, whilst I appreciate accidents can happen, the resolution should be simple. After 12 months of having them touched up and completely re sprayed (not our preferred choice) they finally agreed to replace the worst of the 2 sets, this was after the manufacturer visited to inspect and agreed the finish was unacceptable. 4 months after completion a unit failed and ‘fogged’ up, 9 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be replaced with no date on the horizon, despite the new unit being in stock. Very poor customer service would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Each part of the process from initial visit, survey and installation was carried out in a friendly, professional manner. Some additional work had to be done post installation to redo some plaster work but that was undertaken promptly and without quibble. All in all a first class service from a first class company.
