Easy to apply and fast delivery of card

First of all I am not a credit card person. I mean the interest rates are soo high. Then I got an offer for an 8K credit with nearly 12% of interest. Everything in the application process went well, I got my cards (physical and online as well) and when I discovered the mobil app I just realised it’s more than a card loan… I have plenty of discounts and rewards so it worth to use more often for daily shopping or other expenses. The direct debit also works well, I can set up my preferred repayments or can timing to repay the whole in one. So yes. It’s a win-win deal and I am happy to be a customer. I also recommended it to my friends and family to switch their current credit card into the Yonder card :)

Room for improvement:
I am really hoping that some day they simplify points usage. There is already a blocker for getting points instead of cashback. It would be really good for instance for each experience, you provide a simple ratio that can be applied for any amount spent at that experience.

There were many instances where I had to spend awkward amounts to match the predefined points usage (like X£ for Y points).

Good clear app and fun perks! Also like the way they allow you to top-up and pay weekly. Means that it’s easier to keep on top of your finances and balances. Great alternative to Amex

Nice user experience

Very easy to sign up for the credit card. Used it via my iPhone the next day and the card appeared in the post in 2 days. Very impressed! Easy app to navigate and free transactions abroad which is the main reason for opening.

Only had the debit for two days and it’s been amazing so far. The app is very intuitive and easy to use, but also elegant. Points come in easily and very quickly. Even made it easy to actually collect points. Haven’t yet tried using any of my points, but so far I’ve enjoyed using the app.
Also got the card already as well, very nice and sleek. Love the design of it. I’ll update this once I use it more but so far, it’s been a great experience.
