Good rewarding Credit Card. The team behind it are very helpful and very informative

Easy to use card with some great offers, good returns on your spending!

Appalling AI driven “customer service” platform! Didn’t take my DD to pay my balance, then declined transactions.

No way of contacting anyone, sat “talking” to a bot for over an hour. Hopefully this has not affected my credit score!!!

When I tried to pay manually my bank didn’t recognise them and told me the bank transfer when be at MY risk obviously I didn’t complete it.

Can’t wait to find a way to pay balance and then I’m cutting up The card and closing my account

Been with Yonder since 2022, never once used the Would Wide Family Travel Insurance, first time we needed to use it their is a huge carve out whereby you need to pay for some part of trip with the Yonder card. It's therefore a primary person travel insurance that so happens to cover your family if they are traveling with you, but if your family travels independently then again you need to have purchased a flight, hotel or rental with yonder.

My partner is now in A&E overseas not covered by any travel insurance, they admitted it's not really "Family Cover"

"To clarify the "Family Cover" aspect, as it's a point of confusion for many: the policy is designed to cover your family members while they are travelling with you.

Because the insurance is a benefit tied to your specific Yonder account, the requirement is that you, as the cardholder, are part of the journey and have used your card to book a portion of it. This is why it wouldn't extend to a partner travelling independently on a trip that wasn't booked through your account."

If it's a point of confusion for many don't advertise it as a family insurance, I've checked multiple package bank accounts and their travel insurance doesn't have this carve out and covers family when they travel without you, which is a true family world wide travel insurance.

After 4 years, Yonder has had a slow drop in service levels, misleading advertising and even dropped the metal card. It's just turning into any other bank/ credit card provider.

For the fee, get an Amex Card and a package bank account that actually covers you and you're family.

Love my yonder card! Was on the look out for a card with real benefits & I can honestly say I get these, and the choice is great!
More/ longer interest free period initially would be an area to attract further but if you pay off your card monthly & like perks then you can’t go wrong with Yonder.

I found it very good. I started using it from the first day. I think you can offer more services. For example, it would be much more useful if there is a service to send and receive money like current account.

Have been a Yonder customer for more than 2 years now and I must say that it’s one of the best cards out there. My partner and I have not only discovered lots of new restaurants but have been able to use our yonder points for so many theatre shows than we can count. Would highly recommend it!

Super quick process signing up and eligibility checker and don’t need to wait for a physical card to arrive so can start purchasing immediately. Great app to use and definitely incentivises and rewards purchases, great if you live in a city and want to try new things

This happens to be the best credit card out there amongst my credit cards . The transactions happen instantly and everything is shown immediately. Super fast . The system is just top notch . I do not leave reviews but just had to do this one . I have no doubt Yonder is the best credit cards out there . System is super fast and rates are fantastic. 👏👏👏
