Excellent products and outstanding support. Thanks to Yith, even a novice like me can create a well-functioning website.

The only criticism I can think of is that plugins are sometimes a bit rigid in terms of expansion and that sometimes (in my opinion) logical links between plugins are missing.

However, apart from that, it is simply a top-notch company.

The product add-ons i've installed in my sites work like a charm. I needed a little support on some minor issues, but they replied me withing 48hours.

Th plugin I bought was YITH Request a quote, it worked as it should but I had some issues with the theme and the way I had set it up. Their support was fantastic, swift and to the point. Awesome, not a big fan of buying pluings for wordpress, but next time I need to pay for one, surely be checking YITH's catalog.

I bought one of their WooCommerce plugins for a client last month and have sent them numerous tickets for help in the 4ish weeks since. Each time I have received a reasonably prompt reply (24-48hrs) and each time their customer support fixed my issue with minimal back-and-forth. In one instance the support team acknowledged my error was a mistake on THEIR end and provided me with a custom script to solve my issue while their team implements a permanent fix. My latest support request was for something that was minor, but important to my client. I could have written a PHP script myself to solve the issue, but I felt it was something other end-users might also want, so I contacted support. Within 24 hrs THEY had written me the PHP script to customize their plugin to MY unique needs. They could have easily told me I would need to code that myself, but they didn't, and that goes a LONG way for me. This is not my first YITH plugin purchase and it certainly won't be my last.

Aucun mail de rappel, faite bien attention, ils ont une politique qui fait que si vous oubliez de désactiver le renouvellement auto il n'y aura aucun remboursement, même si vous demander un remboursement la minute juste après le prélèvement, la seul notification que vous aurez d'ailleurs... Dans mon cas c'est 3 modules en même temps, soit 300 dollars, joyeux noël !

YITH plugins are high quality and generally reliable. I’d have rated 5 stars if not for the support experience. While you may not need support often, when you do, prepare for delays. YITH follows a 72-hour response window—per reply. The first response is usually quick (within 12 hours), but if the issue isn’t solved immediately, the back-and-forth becomes extremely slow.

Even minor follow-up questions can lead to waiting another 72 hours. If a reply falls near a weekend or holiday, you’re stuck waiting 5+ days for the next response. This turns simple support tickets into drawn-out exchanges that can last weeks.

Great plugins, yes—but for the price, the support is frustratingly inadequate.

It’s another day of Yith Support Misery this time an issue with Ajax Search. I sent in a ticket with full details explaining how the link to “search all products” on the search is not working. I even submitted a video so support can follow easily. The guy comes along, replies with something completely different and unrelated to my question and disappears. As usual this means weeks of delays so I close this ticket and opened another only to have my second ticket closed and told not to open duplicate tickets to avoid delays lol. You just can’t make this stuff up. Yith is causing HUGE delays. We are already 2 weeks late launching because of this incompetence. I am now actively looking to change solution but not before I speak to the owners of this company and give them a piece of my mind as they have cost us thousands of dollars with all these delays.

I recommend Yith's plugins. They save me a lot of time and I get the perfect result for my customers. Their technical support is very efficient and I think of their plugins whenever I have a particular request from one of my customers. Thank you for all your hard work.

For over a month, customer service gave me the run around, including requesting access to my FTP credentials, for a simple fix with a setting in their membership plugin. Had they spent the time necessary to review all of the settings, the issue could have been resolved quickly. Instead they would only provide one piece of information at a time, and then scorned me for responding to messages as each update would put my ticket at the bottom of the list... yet they'd ignore me for days/weeks at a time. Disappointed is an understatement, as I lost traffic and sales for an unnecessarily length of time.
