I never received my order
I am at a loss for words. 12 days after receiving confirmation of my order, I still haven't received my parcel and have no idea where it might be. I contacted customer services both via email and chat, but they have been unresponsive and completely unhelpful. They even suggested I just check on my order myself without giving me any information. I would not recommend to buy from you.

Don’t know what my order status is…
Don’t know what my order status is after 72 hrs although the website said that I’d get a shipping tracking number in 24 hrs
I used the customer service chat too and there still isn’t any reply
After three days, I did receive the update and got the package in about a week. The product itself is quite good

This company is a scam
I ordered a bag for my wife. It arrived but was the wrong size for her needs. XD designs kindly provided me with a courier collection for return. After collection, I got confusing emails from the courier about customs charges. I contacted XD designs and here is where the service level drops. The agents send terms and conditions to me stating that I have to pay for customs and taxes. That’s fine I said, but this is for a return which your T&Cs say nothing about, so this is your fee to cover. They forward it internally, asking for it to be resolved but I never hear back… the bag eventually gets returned to me by the courier! I ask XD for a new courier label with the customs info attached so I can return again. They ignore me for weeks, despite numerous messages. I get in touch via live chat and they ignore me. Eventually they reply saying customers have to pay for customs fees for deliveries, which enraged me considering how many times I had to mention that this is for a return that THEY offered. And we’re back to the silent treatment. Utterly disappointing service -Sonny

Erg goede rugzakken en +1 voor customer service
Na jarenlang Eastpak rugzakken, gebruik ik nu al jarenlang 2 varianten van de Bobby Hero als rugzak voor werk (met laptop, accessoires, extra sleutels, etc.) en het zijn geweldige rugzakken. Het ontwerp is goed doordacht, je hoeft bijv. niet om te kijken naar je spullen als je door een druk gebied loopt (zakkenrollers) en daarnaast ook niet hoeft stil te staan bij het feit of je spullen nat worden wanneer het regent. Als extra nu de Urban besteld om te gebruiken als allround rugzak, maar er ging iets niet goed bij de checkout. +1 voor de erg vriendelijke & beleefde (Engelstalige) customer service. Ze hielpen me namelijk erg goed bij het fixen van het checkout proces en plaatsen van de bestelling in de webshop is nu goed gegaan.

Slechte klantenservice na garantie periode.
Binnen 3 jaar was de sluiting van mijn XD-Design Bobby Urban rugzak defect. Dit zou simpel te vermaken zijn door het vervangen/ toesturen van een drukknopje. De rugzak oogt immers nog perfect en ik heb er veel plezier van gehad. Na contact met XD-Design geeft de klantenservice aan niets te kunnen doen. Deze kwaliteit en service verwacht je niet bij een dergelijk product.
In deze tijd mag je verwachten dat een bedrijf meer bijdraagt aan duurzaamheid van hun producten.
