the bag i got was not what i expect. The zipper was nog good manufactured and the strip for holding my laptop was als not good sewn into the bag.
I had a similar bag for several years that was one but the zipper broke. You say you are int recycling and invirement friendly production, why don't you take that bag in return to use some of the parts again?

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Bought from Spain a trolley didnt fit my expectations and returned to them the same day following the instructions/courier provided by XD. A month later no news and they asked me to check with the courier. The Spanish courier confirmed they delivered the parcel at a Belgian delivery company as instructed who we suppose it is mean to do the final delivery to XD. The Spanish courier said they cant do anything else as they have done their part. I shared the feedback with XD and just got radio silence. So no money back after more than a month despite processing the return the very same day and not expectations I will ever get it back. Very disappointing. Dont trust them. Sound friendly but truth is, they are keeping my money despite I return the product through their courier. Never happened before buying online. Super disappointing. I am working with my bank to recover the money. A lot of inconvience while XD goes silent and the product was not even that great (nice design but super bulky)…never again!
Update: they processed the refund months later only after I was force to escalate the situation with VISA and they concluded I was fully entitled to the refund. I stand by my evaluaton.

Amazing products
Amazing products. Well thought. Great quality. But the ordering process is a bit confusing. Once you place an order you cannot cancel it anymore. Different browsers provide you a different experience and the adblock apps made it even worse. The support team replied very quickly to my problems but I have actually never managed to order the backpack from the website, just the accessories to it. I was forced to order the backpack from a different website which was not my goal at all…

I've been using the Bobby Hero Regular bag for about 3 years now and it still looks and feels new! I use it as my work bag so it sees very regular use in good and bad weather conditions.
Recently bought the dividers for my bag so I can also start using it as a camera bag. Am looking forward to using them.

Rimborso perso, il peggio Customer Service che abbiamo mai contattato!
Ho acquistato uno zaino ricevendolo il 10/02/2023, il giorno seguente ho inviato una mail chiedendo come fare il reso (dal sito si legge che il modulo di reso è contenuto nel pacco, ma non è vero) e il 15/02/23 ho portato il pacco in Posta (metodo di spedizione da loro scelto). Ad oggi, 10/03/23, non ci sono tracce nè del mio pacco nè del rimborso ovviamente.
Il pacco è arrivato presso le poste belghe, dalla tracciatura risulta fermo presso di loro da settimane, e l'azienda non si fa carico di risolvere la situazione (nonostante l'etichetta di spedizione sia loro), anzi hanno chiesto a me di contattare le Poste del Belgio! Cosa che ho fatto, due volte, ma senza risolvere nulla. Il customer service di XD Design non mi risponde più da giorni, nonostante i miei solleciti.
Ad oggi mi ritrovo ad avere pagato uno zaino pagandolo circa 70€, l'ho reso seguendo le indicazioni del venditore (avevo rinforzato il pacco con materiali da imballaggio professionali) ed ora che c'è un problema nessuno mi risponde.
Estrema delusione!
