Cannot return an item as incorrect info was given
I still cannot return my item as the CS team didn't provide the information as needed.
The first time CS just sent me the return label, but when I brought to the drop off point the staff requested the return invoice as this is the international post.
Then I requested the invoice and the CS sent me the customer invoice. I brought the item to the drop off point again after the staff checked they told me the documents are not correct, it should be the return invoice.
I requested the return invoice but the CS team told me they don't have and I will need to pay for the custom duties myself.
In the return policy it doesn't mention that overseas customer will need to pay custom duties if they return an item. If this is the case I would never place an order on your website.
I still have the item and no advice is given. If you are outside Netherlands and want to make an order, think twice as they have unclear return policy for overseas customer.

Ik heb het over de BOBBY SLING ANTI-DIEFSTAL CROSSBODY RUGZAK, GRIJS. Het ontwerp van de tas is goed. Maar als het vies wordt, kan het helaas niet worden schoongemaakt. Misschien alleen als de stomerij ermee instemt om het te doen. Dus hij is niet praktisch.
