Amazing Service, So helpful!
I was a little confused initially because I couldn’t find an order confirmation. I emailed your company and they were so helpful and had such a fast reply! I bought an anti theft backpack it arrived within days of my purchase and I don’t live in Europe. I also was able to use my backpack for the first time a few days ago and I couldn’t be happier! It was so easy to use public transport with the card holder on the bag strap and I wasn’t worried about loosing anything. I couldn’t recommend not just the product but the whole company any more highly!

Great product, fantastic customer service
Updating my review as delivery issues now resolved.
To start the customer service I have received has been impeccable, every time I needed to reach out about issues I’ve had with the courier service, the team have been polite, knowledgable and done their best to provide support and assistance.
In regards to the quality of the product themselves I can confirm that all the positive feedback and reviews you may seen before are correct. The bags are of a high build quality, and the features are well thought out in terms of the purpose you will be buying them for.
Very impressed overall, and looking forward to seeing their future range of products.

Product top, service slecht, die na enige omwegen herstelde
De prachtige rugzak werd echter niet geleverd binnen de gestelde tijd waardoor ik reeds met vakantie was. Nu wil ik hem ruilen/ retourneren en is er geen retourlabel bijgeleverd. Er is op geen enkele manier contact te krijgen. Mail wordt niet beantwoord, chatbox geeft geen adequate antwoorden, telefonisch niet te bereiken (nummer overigens alleen te vinden in de voorwaarden)

Das zahlrnSchloss beim bobby urban war kaputt. Habe mit mit einem chatbot darüber gesprochen... Habe den Rucksack innerhalb der 14 tagesfrist zurück gesendet. Hierbei keine Informationen erhalten ob es angekommen ist und wann das Geld wieder auf dem Konto ist. Ein neuen bekomme ich nur über eine neue Bestellung. Dies habe ich bei diesem Umstand nicht mehr vor. (nicht über xd design direkt bestellen). Viele Grüße Conny

La entrega perfecta. Ha faltado el aviso de la entrega un día antes.
El bolso, un tamaño ideal y de buena calidad , como los dos anteriores que he comprado y que ustede no tienen referenciado ?
Ni es un bolso antirrobo, por ello no veo que sea necesario el grosor de los tejidos exteriores, que limitan el espacio interior. Es decir, su tamaño debiera permitir mayor olgura en el interior.

Excellent product and service
Great price (reduced item), love the design of the product and of the outer fabric. Lots of handy pockets and hidden storage. Very sturdy and well-made. And it's made with recycled bottles! I love everything about it. And it was well packaged and posted out quickly. Highly recommend this company and the Bobby Anti-Theft Backpack backpack in particular.
