Thanks, when the bag is heavy I feel comfortable to wear it. The only thing I would change is the handle. It's too low and it makes feel pain in the muscles below the neck. So to prevent it I have to keep the bag very low on my back, the bag is on my buttocks.

Schultergurte reißen ein
Ich habe die schnittfeste Variante im März 2020 gekauft. während Corona hat er nur auf den Einsatz gewartet. Nun setze ich ihn seit ca. 20 Monaten an 3 Tagen pro Woche im Semester ein. Wenn ich es zusammenrechne sind es ca. 250 Tage Einsatzzeit. Nachdem ich zunächst zufrieden war, sind jetzt die Schultergurte an Knickstellen eingerissen und weißes Polstermaterial kommt heraus. Für berufliche Zwecke kann ich den Rucksack nun vergessen. In Kürze werden sich die Schultergurte dann auch ganz verabschieden. Was nützt ein sehr robuster Rucksack mit schlechten Schultergurten?

Placed an order last week, but as yet received no communication on when my order will be shipped, and when I try to use the chatbot to talk to someone, I get a response that they are off line and to contact them during work hours, which it currently is! And any mail sent just gets an automated reply back. I just want to know when I can expect my order.
