XD Design Arvostelua 

I love my Hero small backpack but they have also very good costumer service. My backpack had a lose stitch but the warranty was a few days over. They gave me a new one, so happy!

Vorig jaar kocht ik een tas voor werk en school. Helaas ging het gaasvakje voor de fles door intensief gebruik kapot. Ik nam contact op met het bedrijf en had een ontzettend prettig gesprek met de klantenservice. Ze boden me zonder problemen een vervanging aan, inclusief gratis verzending.

De service is echt uitstekend! De reacties waren iets minder snel, maar dat was begrijpelijk omdat ze druk bezig waren met een vernieuwde website.

possiedo la versione BOBBY HERO, regular: design valido, sistema antitaccheggio sicuramente valido, questi sono gli aspetti positivo. punti critici: la capicità dello zaino è piccola e poco sfrutabile sia in termini di spazio che di tasche interne per riporre i diversi oggetti, crea confusione. sistema di apertura scomodissimo materali utilizzati non adeguati al prezzo (molti concorrenti migliori). lo ricomprerei? No

Pessima pessima assistenza!!! Il prodotto di per se non è neanche male (scopa elettrica senza fili) ma, per mia colpa, ho avuto bisogno dell’assistenza e mi hanno fatto pagare la pulizia del filtro €20 più €25 per spese di spedizione. Il filtro sarebbe dovuto essere sostituito e non pulito(potevo farlo anche io e l’avrei fatto meglio) In più le istruzioni del prodotto non sono molto chiare e complete in quanto si accendeva una spia che non era minimamente segnalata. Mi dispiace ma sconsiglio vivamente!

Une lanière qui s'arrache au bout de même pas un an, ils ne réparent pas, ne remboursent pas ni ne remplace, j'ai perdu mon temps avec le SAV qui ne répond pas, une catastrophe!!!! Je déconseille au prix où ils sont vendus

My biggest issue with boutique backpack makers is that even though the product is great, the customer service aspect is often lacking. That's the case with my XD Bobby Bizz as well.
The backpack has served well for almost two years, with great design and thoughtful features. Shortly before the 2 year mark, though, a buckle fell apart without ever actually having been used to detach the shoulder strap. This created a sharp edge that quickly damaged one of my nicer winter coats.
This was still within the 2-year warranty window, so I filed a claim and would've been happy with a repair, since the backpack is otherwise is very good condition. This was flatly denied, claiming that this is expected product lifetime and no solution was offered.
Given how the strap and buckle are constructed, there is no straightforward way to repair or replace it at home. This renders an otherwise great backpack unusable and a major point of aggravation, since I'm not comfortable discarding a 2-year old bag due to a minor mechanical issue. This fundamentally undermines trust in the company and any of its durability or sustainability claims.

The strap of the bag ripped after a few months. Despite the warranty, the customer service said I cannot claim because I didn't buy the product from the website. The warranty card of mine states that warranty is valid for purchasing from the website directly or resellers.
If I could give them score less than one I would do that.

¿Dónde se pueden comprar las mochilas XD Design? Busco el modelo Explore y el Bizz.

Have had the bag for over a year and was really happy with it. Now some seams have come loose and I have tried to get in touch with XD-Design as I bought it through their website. Despite having submitted the warranty claims, tried to contact them through e-mail, contact support form and instagram I have received no response what so ever in the last two weeks. This is really a let down.

Update: Following their mail in March 2026, I had a pleasant exchange with XD-design and they reached out to resolve the issue despite the fact I no longer had the back or an invoice, they replaced the originally damaged bag. I appreciated the effort they took to reach out after all this time had passed and attempted to make things right. I hope that my latest experience with XD Design shows how they have changed and improved their customer service. Based on my experience this year I have changed my review to 4 stars from 1.

Bag has defects - split along seams and handle. Tried the warranty but no one has replied. Tried the Contact Us form but no reply. Bad quality and no customer service. Avoid.

UPDATE: April 2026. XD DESIGN got in touch after my 1 star review and agreed the bag was defective and replaced it. I am ultimately pleased with the outcome even if it took over a year to rectify the issue, hence the update to 4 stars.

Ho acquistato in un negozio di Viareggio il 29.08 lo zaino Bobby Hero regular per usarlo dal 04.09 per andare al lavoro a Milano.
Rientrata la sera, dopo il primo giorno di lavoro, lo zaino presenta vicino a uno degli spallacci (vicino alle tasche piccoline), i punti delle cuciture che stanno cedendo. Ho provato a mandare la mail all'indirizzo che mi è comparso tramite facebook ma l'indirizzo non è corretto.
Non trovo telefoni dell'azienda da chiamare... Non mi sembra un grande servizio! Comunque aspettative alte, ma resa pessima

M'agrada molt el producte. Era per al meu marit i els nostres dos fills també el tenen i estan molt contents. No m'ha agradat gens el procés de transport: vau dir que trigaria de 3 a 5 dies, i al final va arribar als 10 dies. Teníem un viatge i la necessitàvem. Ha estat impossible contactar amb XD, tots els missatges que escrivia o no eren contestats o contestaven robots. Al final, vaig contactar amb SEUR però si bé tenien la notificació, no disposaven del paquet. Ha estat una llàstima.

Schick, aber leider extrem schlecht verarbeitet. Nach nicht mal einem Jahr Nutzung: Reißverschlüsse funktionieren nicht mehr, Nähte lösen sich am Griff und an den Rucksack-Riemen, der Aufhänger ist komplett ausgerissen. Ich habe den Rucksack sehr pfleglich behandelt.
Die Reißverschlüsse sind an den Rundungen zu straff genäht, so dass sie von Anfang an problematisch zu verschließen waren. Schlechte Qualität, sehr schade.

Pido un producto, de repente la mensajería me contacta para cobrarme ADUANA, contacto con la empresa para tratar de cancelar el pedido ya que me sale más caro pagarlo a través de ellos costeando la DUA que comprando el mismo producto en otro comercio y se niegan. Hablo con mi Banco y me indican que sólo tienen retenido el dinero, que lo pueden devolver automáticamente y XD DESIGN se NIEGA. No sé cuanto tiempo tardarán en hacerme la devolución porque el producto ya está de vuelta a sus almacenes.
La atención es pésima, había recomendado su producto a muchas personas, pero no recomiendo para nada la empresa. No es nada seria, no resuelven problemas, lo único que les preocupa es cobrar.
Si me gusta su producto tengo claro que lo adquiriré a través de otras tiendas porque la web oficial es muy mala y la atención al cliente peor. Tratan de reírse de uno

My first experience was absolutely positive and therefore I decided to buy another one as my brother's graduation present. He uses it as a briefcase as well as cabin-luggage.
