Problemlos bestellt, bezahl und erhalten. Mein inzwischen vierter Rucksack von xd Design.

Good experience, however, I found out that the same item I purchased was cheaper on another local site. That's a pity.

Great product

The backpack is small but very practical.

It endures all kind of weight you can put inside.

It has many pockets inside so to arrange your luggage.

As far as the space is concerned, it is quite limited but well-organized and protected.

The design is great as well.

I recommend it to those who birng a laptop and other valuables with themselves.

Before that I had another one but a different model, and I used it for 5 years.

Unfortunately I had to return my new bag, as the internal organisation changed compared with my first one ordered in 2018.
I'm very happy with my first one and I had preferred to replace it as I use it every day and it starts to become dirty.
I have to find another supplier, as XD Design does not offer this perfect interior of the past.

Their new models of bags are incredible. I had their backpack for nearly 4 years and it was obviously due for a replacement due some defects. I contacted XD and even though it was out of warranty, they still assisted me. I love my new bag, it's awesome! Best bag I ever had.

I need a bag for my business trips with space for brochures, pen, laptop and small items.
The first bag I bought in 2018 was perfect in this way. Unfortunately you changed your internal design and now the small internal holders and bags are missing.

I had to return my new bag and... will continue to find another solution. What a pitty.

Quick respons that solved the problem !
I (or rather my husband..) managed to get the lock into self lock when trying to set a new, personal code but a new lock was forwarded (received within a couple of weeks) and now I also have a bag (not only my husband, who took the bag with the lock I made work from Day 1..) - Thank you very much !

Avoid this product at all costs. The built-in lock is a complete scam.. it can block itself even if you never changed the code. I wasted hours trying to open it, only to end up breaking it in frustration. Absolutely unreliable and poorly designed. Don't risk getting stuck while traveling. buy something else.

Order my bag and received within 2 days. Very happy with it.

Honestly, I can’t even remember how long I wanted this backpack before finally deciding to buy it. And right before a two-day trip to Austria and the Czech Republic, I thought - now’s the time!

During my trip, I traveled by FlixBus and train, and the backpack was perfect for both.

First impressions? This backpack is really comfortable. If you pack smartly, you can fit everything you need. For me, it was enough for two days of travel without needing an extra bag, which is a big plus.

One thing I absolutely love - pockets! There are plenty of them, and they’re well-designed, so everything stays organized and easy to find. I really appreciate good organization, and this backpack delivers.

Overall, this backpack fully met my expectations! Comfortable, stylish, and perfect for short trips. If I had to choose again, I’d get it without hesitation.

Ich habe mir einen Rucksack bestellt über die Firma leider ist der bis heute nicht angekommen. Habe den Support angeschrieben und auch da keine Antwort bekommen. Laut XD Design ist der mit DPD verschickt worden nur der Status ist immer der gleiche und Ändert sich auch nicht. Ich warte jetzt schon seit einer Woche auf den Artikel. Nach langem warten war mein Rucksack endlich da und bin begeistert. Sehr viel Platz man bekommt wirklich sehr viel rein und was auch toll ist hinten im Rückenteil kann man seine Geldbörse verstauen was noch zusätzlich verstärkt ist. Und mit den Lieferschwierigkeiten lag definitiv an DPD und nicht an XD Design.

Mi hanno regalato per Natale un loro zaino, ma dal loro sito ne preferivo un altro.
Allora il 27 dicembre faccio la richiesta di reso, mi arriva la documentazione peccato che non possa inserire i dati di spedizione perché l’Italia non è presente nell’elenco dei paesi mittenti.
Contatto l’assistenza tramite mail segnalando il problema che mi risponde dopo 5/6 giorni dicendo che hanno un problema e che in un paio di giorni avrebbero sistemato… Ad oggi dopo altre mail di richiesta non ho avuto ancora risposta ed il problema persiste.. spariti! Assistenza pessima! Spero che adesso qualcuno mi contatti!!!
