Look on GOG or Loaded instead!!
I had waited about 16-24 hours, and the order was still "processing". I have noticed similar problems by others on this review site with a common response of "Unfortunately, the information provided in your review does not match any orders in our system, making it challenging for us to locate your case. " etc.
After sending an email to support-at-wyrel.com with "Don't have an order number but its for the item listed mafia definitive edition:
I have been charged for the item.
I have messaged seller with no response.
I have no emails from wyrel.
Please remove all personal details and data as according to UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 1998 UK, once a refund has been issued. Failure to do so will result in me reporting to ombudsman, bank and providing feedback on trustpilot." it appears the order has been reversed, except I have received no confirmation of this.
Of course I have deleted my account but due to the lack of communication or response, feel worried about my card information being used on their site.
In my case GOG was offering the exact same price for the game that I wanted.
Feedback for Wyrel: Being a grey marketplace for game keys, I would suggest an immediate delivery service such as the likes of loaded to ease consumer concerns about using your service.
To their defense, they have appeared to refund the transaction. (I was not sent the cdkey etc by seller).
I would definitely not recommend anyone using this service even at huge discounts because of the lack of responses, and the sketchiness of sharing personal and payment information with this marketplace.

Las claves que dan no corresponden a las que venden
Compré la clave de un juego que aparecía con la región GLOBAL y al intentar activarla en mi país (España) Steam de dice que la clave proporcionada no se puede activar en mi país.
Por lo que, en mi caso, lo que ponen que venden NO es lo mismo que acabas recibiendo.
Abrí ticket en la web e intenté contactar con el vendedor, pero no he tenido respuesta de ninguno... la verdad, pésima web y control de claves..
NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR EN ESA WEB

Wyrel is an absolute scam and anyone…
Wyrel is an absolute scam and anyone fond of their money should stay away!
They sent a key that could not be redeemed in Spain for a product that they advertised as Global (order ID 254286, just so that the bot that they seem to have replying to reviews here doesn't have an excuse that it couldn't find an ordert matching...). I contacted the seller of the key and they replied until I sent them clear evidence of the faulty code. I tried to open a dispute but Wyrel's broken website didn't allow me to open one because they didn't list the product that I purchased, then they sent me a warning of potentially being blocked for sharing personal data (which I didn't), just so that they didn't need to refund the product. I tried to contact their support but they didn't reply. I ended up needing to resolve the issue with my payment provider (thank you Revolut).
In hindsight, I should have known that this was a scam website when I noticed that they didn't accept paypal. Stay away!
Response to your (automated) reply: I do not appreciate automated replies, more so when they don't even process the review in question. I even gave you the order ID which makes it clear that you are just replying to every bad review with a canned message, because you don't care, because you know all too well how you operate in the most shady way. I really hope people can reach this message before they get scammed as well.

They took payment from me using Google…
They took payment from me using Google pay without asking me for any email address to send the key to. I never received the key and they took the payment. When I contacted support they asked me send them a pdf copy of bank statement after I already sent them a screenshot of the Google pay transaction. Such an invasion of a customer's privacy asking for a full bank statement of all in going and out going transactions. Needless to say I was prepared to give them this.
I would avoid using them their payment system is busted and the customer support aren't helpful.

The ordering process on Wyrel is not transparent enough. It is unclear whether you are purchasing a game key or an entire account. This important information should be displayed much more clearly before completing the purchase.

Purchased a used key.
I purchased a key here and when I tried to redeem it, I was told by Steam that it had been used already.
I contacted Wyrel and they said they'd help and were getting in contact with the publisher. A month later and I have still had no resolution from this on their end and have ended up disputing the transaction with my bank and they have refunded me the cost within a week.
Avoid this company at all cost.

Abgelaufener Key erhalten. Dann möchte man alle möglichen Informationen (in GOG)
Habe ich alles zugesendet. Dann erhalte ich eine email das es 5-7 Werktage dauern wird und sie weitere Screenshots brauchen aus Steam. Ich hab nichtmal einen Steam Key gekauft :D
Wie unprofessionell kann man sein. Geld ist weg, bekomme weder einen neuen Key noch das Geld. Absoluter Betrug

Worst Keyshop ever, deliberatley bad and avoidant Support
Worst Keyshop ever, doesnt accept Paypal (biggest Red Flag there is).
Game Key did not work. I had to send a million screenshots and contact Steam Support to confirm the key was already redeemed before my Order time. However, the Site Support Still said no cause they don't understand Timezones, despite Steam Support clearly confirming the Key was redeemed 1 hour and 20 mins before my payment was even accepted for the order. Also, the Way to the support was atrocious, the try everything so you dont pursue them, first Live Chat, which doesnt update, then they tell you to give them screenshots which you cant in Live chat and they give you a dead Support Link, so you search yourself for the open ticket button, open a ticket with all the stuff they wanted. They answer and demand evidence from Steam support AND CLOSE the ticket. They literally closed the ticket with every answer they gave you. It is Insanely bad and they Scam you out of your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
After this review and my persistence, I got a refund to the sites wallet and a 15% discount code(standard). Problem is I can't use discount codes when using Site balance, so I was not able to buy the same Game again. Had to settle for non-discounted other keys at the worth of the discounted game I originally ordered. Never buy again.

Game appeared at 8£ added to cart, went to checkout and the game inflated to more than double the price of the listed price but also.. 3-4£ more expensive than the steam price....
the exact same seller price changed suddenly, this is some kind of bait and switch expecting ppl to not look at the price and zoom through to paying

Paid and received nothing.
I paid for a product using a credit card, and a ticket regarding a payment issue was opened immediately—even though the money has already been deducted from my account. I’ve been waiting hours for the payment to go through on their end; the service is simply terrible, and their system is absolute crap.
