Pésima experiencia: Ni juego, ni reembolso, ni respuesta
¡Una completa estafa de plataforma! Compré un juego en oferta y, poco después, cancelaron la orden sin dar explicación alguna. El dinero no se refleja ni en mi tarjeta ni en mi saldo de Wyrel, y encima pretenden que pierda las comisiones de pago por un error que ellos cometieron.
Lo peor es la falta total de control y atención de esta página:
1. Cero verificación de vendedores: Como plataforma, su deber es filtrar a quién le permiten vender. Aprueban a cualquiera a ciegas y luego el comprador paga los platos rotos.
2. Soporte de adorno: Escribes y no hay respuesta real; solo se lavan las manos enviando un mensaje automático diciendo que te contestarán, pero nunca lo hacen.
3. Cobros absurdos por "protección": Pretenden cobrar extra por una "protección de compra" cuando garantizar que las transacciones y las claves sean seguras es su trabajo básico. Si no van a garantizar las compras por defecto, que no se dediquen a vender keys.
Tengo todas las pruebas de la compra, extractos bancarios y capturas del cobro real realizado en mi tarjeta. Recomiendo a todos revisar bien las opiniones de 1 estrella antes de comprar para que sepan a lo que se exponen. Exijo la devolución e indemnización total de mi dinero de inmediato, incluidas las comisiones a mi cuenta bancaria.

I bought a Windows 10 Pro key. I made the payment, but nothing arrived—absolutely nothing happened. I didn't get a code; the site simply took my money.

Holds money and product hostage
They charge money and then hold product/money hostage until you submit copies of passport, bank statement and a hostage style photo.

UPDATE: This reply from support is a spit in the face.
I am the one who was refunded 0.01 less than I paid(was going to leave it be until they replied), and did not get any response after communicating through 4 different channels, 3 of which are on-platform. I only got an automated message (like 7 hours later) saying order is being refunded.
Hopefully, that narrows things down, since holding money and product hostage seems to be too broad of a net for you.

For context: never share that info with any company you don't have a high degree of trust with. That is enough information to steal your identity.
Your payment processor is responsible for verifying identity. Random stores that can't get their website working (some key features, like order details are blocked) or even list correct address (they claim they are in London, but their offices are Gibraltar - oops) have no business doing that.

Everything worked well the product was the cheapest price i could find, the only thing i would mention is that the price increased slightly when making the purchase compared to what was descried when in the cart, even after service fees where accounted for. Still the best price i could see and cheaper than on steams own store so good overall.
