Fraudulent & scammed website
Fraudulent & scammed website
I bought a key, paid more than 6 USD and nothing delivered
I want to chat with seller but it's always offline
I wanted to submit dispute but the function is not working
(update)
Now they sent me a blacklisted illegal key that was immediately blocked by the system of software owner. I complained after the dispute channel was opened, and they insisted not to refund the money. I had to pay more than double the price on another website to get a reliable license.

Card charged but key not sent
Probably a Scam! My Card got charged but the key was not sent. I wrote an email to support but did not get an answer after 1+ weeks. Also tried submitting a ticket, but pressing the "submit" button on the website does nothing.
If you are serious about your business, answer my email (title: "Orcs must die 3" steam key missing) and do not tell me to write your or contact support since I already did that. I will edit this response then. If no edit = scam.

Spoko strona

Dear Customer,
We are sorry this order turned into such a frustrating experience, and we would like to set the record straight for anyone reading this review.
Your refund request was not ignored. Our support team answered your ticket on the same day you submitted it, and order #263467 was refunded in full (40.55 EUR) to your original payment method, exactly as you asked. A bank claim was then opened for the same payment, even though the refund had already been issued by our team.
The seller also stayed in contact throughout. Your pre-order questions were answered in the order chat, the dispute you opened was reviewed by our administration within about a day, and the seller confirmed that the key would be delivered on the game's official release date. When you asked for your money back instead, we honored the request.
The claims of fraud and fake reviews are not accurate. Every seller on our marketplace is verified before listing any product, and every order follows our published policies. The full amount of your payment has been returned to you.
If you have any other questions about this order, the seller is available in the order chat and our support team is ready to help.

My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Created an account to buy a game key, but after 15 minutes the order still hadn’t been delivered.
Customer service chat didn’t respond, and the seller’s page just pops up a 404 error.
No way to contact them for a refund.
My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
