Online alles ok, Rest Olala !

Online alles ok, Ladenverkauf etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig, Artikel meist zwar vorhanden, wirkt aber sehr unaufgeräumt, teilweise auch schmutzig. Liegt aber aber wohl am Controlling der Geschäftsleitung die hier wohl nicht so genau hinschaut. Schade eigentlich, könnten mehr aus Ihren Räumlichkeiten machen.

I'm sorry to drop a negative feedback but this is my esperience with this dealer.
Ordered Engel fridge on 16th October,
Shipped on 18th and immediately found supply issues:
• The steal latch was left open and then not safely placed
• The lid was a bit misaligned on the right side and same for the hinges
• The inner basket and the cooling elements housing don’t fit properly with each other and one or more screws to secure the housing are probably missing.
Anyhow I’ve tried to test the appliance closing the lid better than I could and running the unit continuously for about 96 hrs on a flat surface with at least 20 cm of ventilation space on each side in a closed environment according to operating instructions.
My suspect of poor insulation was confirmed.The Temperature readings were >50% out of specs
Sent first mail advice on 24th ,second on 25th (and still within
their 7-days-notice terms and conditions) and the third on 26th
Now,after 3 weeks from the purchase it's still ZERO after sales service
so far,they didn't even respond
Once you buy a new Engle fridge coming with 5 yrs warranty and you discover immediately bad performance or supply issues,
you don't expect
to manage yourself to make it work properly hunting for the correct allignment of lid and hinges or
investigating about poor insulation or something,you ask and pretend the unit to be serviced or replaced.
It's your rights.
At this point I'd be just curious to know what does 5 yrs warranty mean? who is going to grant it,where and how ??

I'm really disappointed,I respect all the positive feedbacks
but this bell rings differently.
That said,beware buyers,good luck to get a good sample,otherwise....
