Great company with really good quality products. Very pleased with my custom made bag. They were happy for me to choose the colours for my bag and asked how I would like the bag to be put together.
The only downside was there is slightly limited communication on how your order is progressing but they are happy to answer any questions sent to them.

Recently bought a City Zatchel backpack, so happy with this product, beautifully designed with customer support which is outstanding. Small repair needed following use, Brian and the team we're superb, the repair was turned around in a day and follow up and support via email was excellent, excellent work, looks like new. Will be buying my next product from them.

I feel like I received a gift,not a purchase. I got a Sugarcube bag in bright orange. It's hard to explain just how gorgeous,well-made and personalised this bag feels. Communication was really good,so I knew not to expect it instantly. It arrived nicely wrapped, with a certificate and a care guide. I am not remotely a 'girly girl', but I can't wait to show it off. I just wish I had paid the extra tenner to get it engraved!

After writing this i received contact from the managing director who went above and beyond, bent over backwards and made sure that I had my bag as soon as possible. Thank you Brian. Had the bag arrived before Christmas it would have been a 5*. Despite the hiccup I had, I would recommend this company.

I ordered a bag 27th Nov with a 10 day delivery. On 7th Dec I received an email stating that it would be delayed. At this point I was fairly impressed. However, I have received nothing, absolutely nothing, since despite sending 2 emails requesting an update. I realise that this is a busy time of year but I expected at least a reply, hence the 1*. This may be revised if/when bag is received.

I placed an order right on the deadline for delivery before Xmas. I explained it was a special satchel for my daughter. After some email correspondence they agreed to prioritise it. It arrived this week ready for Xmas. I'm delighted with the quality of the satchel, and the customer service.

Firstly I have to give a massive shout out to Theresa from customer services for her outstanding support in getting the satchel to me before Christmas.
I was getting worried as Northern Ireland has the worst postal service in the world and parcels always seem to take an eternity to get here.
However after I emailed customer services the amazing Theresa took control and my parcel arrived today.
The satchel is absolutely stunning and super quality.
Thank you to all who had a part in the satchel.

I've had my satchel for about 18 months using it every day for work. On Tuesday the clip on the long strap broke, I contacted Zatchels who immediately offered to make a replacement free of charge. This arrived Saturday and my bag will be back in use next week. Absolutely outstanding Customer Service, communication with them felt like you were dealing with a friend. Brilliant company with great quality products and a fabulous lifetime guarantee. Would highly recommend their products.

I recently lost the magnetic fastenings for my satchel. I contacted customer services and they responded immediately. I was sent new fastenings free of charge the very next day!

Absolutely fantastic products and top-notch customer service.
I bought my girlfriend a beautiful bag with a custom name tag many years ago. She has loved the bag and used it very regularly since purchase.
This autumn, we married and she changed her name. Zatchels offered to replace the name tag for us, free of charge. I just got the bag back and my wife is in tears (of joy).
