Love the bag, and brilliant customer service to ensure it arrived quickly for a wedding I was going to.

My order took a little longer than I expected so I emailed on Friday and I have to say that the customer service is fantastic. The satchel arrived today (Monday) is so lovely and well made. I have my eye on another bag so I will definitely be buying from zatchels again

I ordered the Sugarcube plus size for Royal Ascot in Navy and was so pleased with it I ordered it in Chesnut, Black and Dark Brown !!!!! Perfect size , beautifully made and packaged , absolutely fabulous for the money I am very impressed. Service on point to , I would definitely recommend.
