Zatchels are AMAZING! We ordered one of their backpacks for a special event my wife was going to, and had some specific requests. I reached out to Zatchels and was almost imediately emailed back by Brian, he confirmed they could do the requests we had made, and to just order the item from their website with a little note in the order comments. I did so, and waited for delivery. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with the shipping, and when I emailed Brian again he immediately called me to sort something out, it ended in my wife popping in to their workshop to collect the bag as we needed it for the next day, and she had a wonderful time meeting the team and seeing how the bags are made!
As for the bag... The colours were exactly what my wife wanted, the quality is superb, the care and detail that evidently goes into it really does shine through, and their service is exceptional. A genuine small business with a geuninely wonderful team, and a beautiful product. Could not be happier.

Order took a little longer to dispatch than 10 days, but I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, it was dispatched the next day and arrived with FedEx.

Bag is flawless, has more pockets than expected and loved the little Certificate of Authenticity advising who made it and the dustbag!

I cannot tell you how wonderful this company is! I order a bag that was on sale last Friday, without realising the the sale bags were also handmade to order. Upon realising later that evening, I sent an email to customer servives asking if I could change to a bag they had in stock at there seconds shop. I also sent a message via instagram. At 7:30 in the evening I received email from Brian saying the Magenta bag I ordered was too beautiful to change and asked when I need the bag for. I explained I was hoping to take it on holiday the following Saturday and it was a treat for my 50th birthday. He said it wasn't a problem and they would have the bag to me within the week. I later received a facebook message from Tammy asking if I had an email from Brian. By Monday I had tracking and an email from Brian saying it was on its way. Tuesday my beautiful new bay arrived. I own my own company and this is the kind of excellence I hope my clients receive too. Thank you zatchels you have made my year 🩷🩷🩷

I was a little cautious, buying from a website I'd not used before. However I read the reviews and made an order. I was not disappointed. When the satchel arrived, my wife decided she'd like a handle on it. Dealing with customer services and returning the satchel for fitting of a handle was trouble free and an enjoyable experience.

This company is amazing and I have never had a happier wife than she is when she receives these bags....she has 2 already and so many on her wish list. The customer service is amazing also, I was concerned when I ordered a bag that it was not going to arrive for an event and I was stressing yet they made sure the bag was on time and I gained my brownie points and also the quality for the price is second to none!! amazing company and fellas if you are looking to please your lady with a new bag this is the place my wife is inundated with compliments about hers!!

Omgoodness I have just received my orange satchel. I am over the moon. Beautiful colour. I was very undecided, such a wonderful choice of colours, but it is perfect.

Love the faces of the bear decorations. All are individually made, as can be seen from the eye positions, looking in different ways- purchased two of the bear decorations for bags so can compare.
Good size and finished lovingly. Great addition to any bag.

Theresa in Customer Services was very friendly and helpful, advising me on size of handbag and length of strap for my granddaughter. The yellow satchel handbag was made promptly and it was beautiful. I could easily have kept it for myself! Thank you, Zatchels.

Absolutely fantastic quality products and superb customer service. You will be as as thrilled as I was to receive any product from this company. Being able to personalise beautiful leather bags makes them so special and the recipient knows how much thought has gone into such a gift!

The bags are absolutely gorgeous and can be customised without any hassle. There's such a large range (I already have my eye on the Sugarcube in Eggshell mwah!)

But their customer service is actually ELITE! I have a new bestie - fellow black cattist Brian, who is an absolute legend! Other staff members who have messaged back about any questions have also been super helpful!

I see no need to buy bags from anywhere else now - especially as the prices are not over the top and greedy like some others.

I have just received my bespoke backpack made from tannery leather. It’s a really beautiful tan colour with a stunning biscuit suede interior and is superbly made.
