i am paying much more than what i used to
I came from World Pay, i am paying much more than i did before for similar amount of card takings. I wish i didn't switch! So be careful before you switch. i was told by the sale person i could save some money. Now i am tied down to 5 years contract!

Good company to deal with so far
A few hitches with the equipment connections, but not the fault of Yorkshire Payments who have been very professional and friendly. Everything appears to be working fine now and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Frustrating Experience
Due to an administrative error, our account was put on incorrect rates which took 4 weeks to resolve. YP did reimbursed us for the difference between what we should have paid and what we did pay. The MD personally apologised and confirmed that they should have communicated better with us during the times we had the issues. They have now sorted the rates issues and we are on the correct plan.
Despite a frustrating experience overall, Yorkshire Payments customer services team always answer the phone and do their best to assist (even if they are restricted in what they can do due to waiting on third parties). Sarah is always very helpful and will chase things for you. Their Virtual Terminal works well and we have had no issues using it.
