I’ve been with Yorkshire Payments since I opened my shop 5 years ago, and I thoroughly recommend them. They are quite local to me, and knowing where they are based gives me piece of mind in dealing with them. I’ve met the owner and many of the staff as they also shop with me.

Their staff are very helpful when I need their assistance in dealing with problems, and have also renegotiated my contract when my previous merchant provider was increasing their fees. They even got me a better terminal!

Only yesterday, they rang me as a courtesy call to check all was ok. I happened to mention something the terminal was doing that was quite annoying, and today, Lewis called me to sort out the issue, and since then the terminal has worked so much quicker!

We are a new business and new to using a card machine. We were helped through the set up and use of the machines. The whole process was made easy and felt well supported. After using the machine for a few months we had the fist card declined and were asked to retain the card the Yorkshire payments help desk was there to guide us through what we should do. definitely a 5 star service.

So far so good with Yorkshire Payments. Smooth transition from old merchant services to YP. Staff are very knowledgeable & very helpful from start. Would recommend.
