Habe bei Yokkao bestellt. Warte nun fast 4 Monate auf meine Bestellung. Jedes Mal auf die Frage wann die Sachen geliefert werden erhielt ich immer die selbe Antwort das Vorbesteller Items mindestens 3 Wochen brauchen bis diese gefertigt werden und danach versendet werden. Dann kam ne Mail in der sie mir mitteilen das die Sachen nicht zugestellt werden können weil sie mit der Produktion hinterher kommen und ich mir andere Sachen aussuchen die auf Lager sind oder Geld zurück. Ich entschied mich für Sachen die auf Lager waren. Zwei Wochen später kam ne Lieferung allerdings nur ein Teil meiner Bestellung und es war ein Teil alten Bestellung nicht der neu ausgesuchten Sachen die auf Lager waren.
Jetzt warte auf den zweiten Teil der Bestellung bei dem es wieder heißt das es min 3 Wochen dauern wird.

Qualität von den Sachen ist gut, optisch wie die Verarbeitung auch. Aber nicht die Wartezeit wert.

Sehr enttäuschend habe mehr Professionalität von so einem Unternehmen erwartet.

Made a purchase in December for a birthday gift for end of January. They sent 2 different packages and still right now I haven’t received everything. Customer service are absolutely useless. I’ve been dealing with Mallika Taraporn - if that’s not a generic admin signature. They use the pre order excuse a lot, even though the things I have ordered were not in preorder. So then they would say the website wasn’t updated but they never bothered to update it in the end, creating more orders in ‘pre order’ while not making anyone aware. Now they said there’s an issue with the order and they need additional contact details for the recipient?? Even though I’ve been emailing with them back and fourth for months. Please save yourself the time and stress. The shipping price makes no sense either. And on top of everything, one of the items (bottle) was damaged. They want me to send it back which I am not going to do based on other reviews here, as well as with how bad my experience has been so far, I would probably never receive it back and just have to spend additional money, time and effort to get it sorted.

But expensive; and the shipment was to India where I was taxed another 50%.

Nightmare to deal with. Their returns address costs a fortune to ship back to and even then its taken months to get a refund on the goods. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and they are still sending me messages saying they sent me stuff...everything was sent back and their customer service is CLUELESS. Don't buy from this site.

I ordered a pair of gloves that came in pretty quickly however there was a stitching issue in one of them so i had to get an exchange. Upon exchanging the gloves they ran out of the right size so I had to choose a different pair, but those came in a few days afterwards. I really like the gloves they're top heavy and have lots of cushioning. Great for sparring and pad work.

Good pricing, great delivery time, quality products. Yokkao are my preferred shinpads.

I placed an order to receive an email 4 days later to inform me the item I ordered was out of stock, was offered an alternative colour that I went ahead with. It took the company an additional 13days to email to inform me they will now process this change. It’s now been a further 3weeks from changing the colour and still no shipment.
I contacted the company about a refund and there has been no response from the company from them receiving this email.

There are a bunch of tiny holes in my glove from the package beeds that they were shipped with and was hoping there was something that could be done

YOKKAO makes a great product. Their kids line is outstanding. We only use YOKKAO products. Their customer service is quick and are very respondent to the customer’s needs.

I ordered shin guards which were not delivered in 2 months, although they were in stock. When I asked for my money back, they refunded me without the shipping costs, even though I had sent the package.

NEVER BUY YOKKAO

I haven’t even received my package yet!! It’s been almost 2 months

Yokkao is one of the most respected brands in combat sports. So you can imagine how perplexed I was by this whole situation.

First, customer service couldn't care less about what happened. I had to wait weeks for responses, and to this day I have not even gotten an apology for all of this.

I could go on and on about how many times I had to contact them to get answers, and how little care was given to the responses but to make it as simple as I can :

I ordered two sets (tops+bottoms).

About A MONTH later the order finally shipped, with only the tops.
I was informed one of the bottoms would never be back in stock (why approve my order in the first place then?) and that the second bottom would only be shipped months later.

I decided to ask for a complete refund. I canceled the remaining bottom and shipped both items I had received to the indicated address. The return package was delivered to said address. After weeks, they DID NOT PICK IT UP. It was returned to me. It is passed the allowed time to return the items.

Now, I am stuck with overpriced tops (quality DID NOT meet expectations) for which I have no matching bottoms.

And, as I said, customer service could not care less. This whole ordeal has gone on for months now, and I must admit that they win: I am tired and have now accepted I got scammed and will not be following through with a formal/legal complaint.

I highly recommend to AVOID this company at all costs.

Accidently ordered the wrong size gloves for a gift for my boyfriend. Exchanging for a different size was easy and pretty quick. He loves the quality of the gloves too :)

I order a pair gloves and a deodorizer. The deodorizer never arrived, i contacted support and they’ve never help me.

I ordered a pair of gloves for my boyfriend's 30 birthday on the 3rd of January. Yokkao took my money (£169 with shipping) but haven't sent me a single update on the order, they've also ignored 3 emails I've sent them and messages I've sent on their Instagram and Facebook. Appalling customer service - I could have gotten 3 pairs of gloves for that price and they all would have actually arrived by now. Feels like an absolute con, I'm fuming. They can spam me with emails asking me to show off their product and tag them (it would help if we'd actually received them!!) and they have the gall to be launching ad campaigns when they can't even fulfill the orders they've got. Greedy, disorganised and dishonest company - don't bother!!

Ho effettuato un ordine nel mese di dicembre 2023 per un paio di pantaloncini da muai thai come regalo di Natale per mio figlio. Era specificato che sarebbero stati spediti dal 23 dicembre 2023. Ebbene a tutt'oggi 22 febbraio 2024 nessun pacco è arrivato e i signori non rispondono nemmeno alle mail con le quali chiedo spiegazioni, figuriamoci avere un rimborso!
Poco seri per non dire altro.

I don't get why there are so many negative comments about the delivery time. I ordered my pakkage and got it delivered in a week. I had a question asked it through the chat bot and got a response with a day.

This review can get better if your customer support answers to mail and contactforms. We ordered 27th Dec'23 and from then, no sign of shipment or tracking number. Sent a few mails and used conctactform but no respons at all. Verry sad!
So if you want a better review, handel order #YOKKAO-EU24490 with more care and also all your customers!
