I had an excellent experience with YOKKAO’s customer service and would especially like to thank Mae for the outstanding support.
We had recently moved from Japan to the U.S., and with everything involved in moving countries, I unfortunately lost track of my shipment and didn’t have time to deal with it. Mae proactively reached out to me about the package, which I really appreciated.
From there, Mae continued to assist me in such an efficient, kind, and professional way, helping arrange for the package to be redirected in Japan. Thanks to this support, the shipment successfully reached its destination.
I’m extremely grateful for the personal attention and excellent service throughout the entire process. Thank you, Mae, and thank you YOKKAO!

absolute disgraceful service
absolute disgraceful service, I will never deal with this company again. I like their clothes branding and stuff but customer service is awful, i ordered 2 pairs or shorts didn't realise they were pre sale, the tshirts came absolutelty perfect fit and delivery. I have been dealing with them for months about these shorts, even asking for a refund or exchange which i did and now theyve cancelled my exchange and given me some sort of store credit which i cannot use, i now have no idea what's going on, they don't listen. I have explained numerous times, these were ordered months ago so now no need for them they advised to exchange, which i did and they have cancelled that

I bought the only mouthguard they offer…
I bought the only mouthguard they offer from them, which they said on the website is suitable for muay thai and all contact sports. Turns out, it is classified as performance 1 which is the worst out of all 3 performance levels. Basically it's only good for non-conact sports such as football and basketball. The fact that they're selling such trash as a muay thai brand and getting away with it is obnoxious and infuriating. Had I not read the users manual I might've suffered serious injuries due to their deceptive labeling. Needless to say I threw the mouthguard straight into the trash but I'd ward against purchasing anything from them. If they're willing to mislead customers and give them CTE for a few pennies who knows what else they're willing to do. This is not a muay thai brand but a rip off. I'd recommend fairtex if you're shopping for muay thai. So far 5/5 experience and they have a performance 3 mouthguard although I've opted for the oppro insant-fit instead.

We are sorry to hear that our mouthguard did not meet your expectations.
We believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding the "Level 1" designation shown in the instruction leaflet. This is not a performance ranking or an indication that the product offers a basic level of protection. Rather, it is a technical classification under the DD 253:2001 standard for mouth-formed ("boil & bite") mouthguards.
Our mouthguard has been independently tested and certified by SATRA to DD 253:2001 and is CE certified as PPE Category II under Regulation (EU) 2016/425. It features a dual-layer construction using FDA-grade EVA and TPR, reinforced side walls, impact absorption channels, and approximately 4 mm of protective material when correctly fitted.
It has been specifically designed for contact sports, including Muay Thai, and should be fitted according to the instructions provided to ensure the intended level of protection.
We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights that the technical terminology used in certification standards may not always be immediately clear.
Your feedback is valuable and we’ll use it to make our product descriptions clearer in the future so this confusion doesn’t happen to others.

Excellent Communication
I made multiple orders with Yokkao, all the items that were available were shipped and processed very quickly. I also made many changes to my order which they have accommodated me for it everytime. Their customer service was reliable, and quick to respond.

Scored 4 stars due to the time it took for delivery.
Was hoping to get item in time for anniversary which was April but never happened so it'll be a birthday present instead.
I was anxious and concerned about the delivery not arriving but it eventually did so I was very happy they came despite ordering them in January and they came late May and throughout the process Jose was very helpful and honest and very efficient with his communication and was very reassuring for any issues I had.

Recently purchased Yokkao hoodie which is poorly sized and much too big.
Purchased size L but not accurate sizing on this product.
Yokkao will not refund despite correspondence and images of product requested by them.Company have not answered my emails about exchange.
