Nicht empfehlenswert. Nur Zeit, Geld und Nerven Ausgabe. 3 Stunden braucht man um Kundendienst zu erreichen und egal welches Anliegen man hat, Antwort ist immer gleich- „wir können nichts tun“. Am Ende sieht man entweder Ware oder das Geld.

Cliente YOOX da oltre 16 anni, ma negli ultimi anni il servizio clienti è drasticamente peggiorato, infatti rispondono operatori da call center che sono del tutto impreparati e che, soprattutto, non risolvono i problemi.
Ho acquistato un voucher da €150 tramite Buyon e dopo un reso regolare, il voucher non è più stato accettato dal sito, nonostante Buyon confermi che è valido.
Ho contattato più volte YOOX senza soluzione. Attualmente sto seguendo la pratica tramite ECC-Net e ho segnalato la situazione all’AGCM.

Ich würde YOOX auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Auswahl an hochwertigen Marken und Produkten ist sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Besonders überzeugt haben mich die gute Qualität der Artikel, die attraktiven Preise sowie der zuverlässige und schnelle Versand. Auch der Bestellprozess war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Berater sind zudem sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gehen auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein, sodass man sich rundum gut betreut fühlt.

Una empresa poco fiable a día 02/04/26 siguen sin asignar pedido, pero eso sí , el dinero descontado de la tarjera. Los artículos desaparecidos de stock y otros con subida de precio. El pedido se produjo el día 26/03/2026. Cambian de incidencia varias veces y el teléfono por llamar a Milán es carísimo. Atención al cliente online está desaparecido. He tenido que mandar dos pantallazos de mi tarjeta con mis datos personales. Y encima ni dinero ni ropa. Request 77770839

Es ist einfach nur unfassbar. Ich habe gerade erneut bei YOOX angerufen – und was erzählen die mir? Der Artikel, den ich zurückgeschickt habe, soll angeblich GAR NICHT im Karton gewesen sein. Ein leerer Karton?! Ernsthaft?!

Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Mir fehlen echt die Worte. Hier wird ganz offensichtlich alles so gedreht, wie es denen gerade passt, nur damit sie bloß kein Geld zurückzahlen müssen. Wir reden hier von fast 700 €!

Ich kann nur jeden warnen: Passt bloß auf bei YOOX. So ein Verhalten ist unter aller Ebene. Für mich wirkt das einfach nur wie Betrug.

Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob und wann ich mein Geld wiedersehe. Ich bin gerade einfach nur fassungslos und ehrlich gesagt auch ziemlich verzweifelt.

Terrible customer support. Order 0303YD8F826148. On March 7, I received my order: out of 4 items, 1 was missing, and the 2nd and 3rd were in awful worn condition—full of snags, fraying, and pilling. How could something like that even be shipped?!

Customer service only replied to my emails once, saying they needed time to sort it out. I asked them to send me a return shipping label so I could send everything back and let them deal with it for as long as they need. No one sent me anything or contacted me again! They clearly just don’t care.

Finger weg! Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben.
Ich warte nun schon seit fünf Monaten auf meine Rückerstattung. Die Ware wurde von mir in genau dem Zustand zurückgeschickt, in dem ich sie erhalten habe. Trotzdem wird die Rückgabe aus mysteriösen und nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen nicht anerkannt — und ich soll auch noch die Kosten dafür tragen.

Noch absurder: Auch die Kosten für einen anderen Artikel, den ich nie erhalten habe, soll ich übernehmen. Obwohl ich seit Monaten mit YOOX in Kontakt stehe, wird auf diese Punkte überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Meine Anliegen werden einfach ignoriert.
Ich kann nur davon abraten, dort zu bestellen!

I’ve been a YOOx’s customer for more than 10 yrs, When I was in Italy, when I moved to France (I was a VIP custom) and nowadays in USA but during the last 2 month, for the first time, I had to deal couple times with customer service and I’m very disappointed and frustrated and I decided to leave this seller. The problem is with items that are final sale. please Don’t buy Final sale at YOOX!! They are not serious! This is cheating because Even if the item is damaged, present problems, is unpicked or discolored they don’t allow any return or refund. What a scam behind the final sale excuse, especially because the item in the picture on line looks like perfect and doesn’t say anything about the defect. And then You have to call the customer service - multiple times -and you get more frustrated because they have always the mail boxes full and they can’t receive multiples pictures and you have to deal with rude people (especially Omar, he is the worst!) that don’t listen and they offer you always 10% for the inconvenience! What a shame , I don’t need your charity, I just don’t wanna receive defective items!!!

Circa 10 anni fa se non di più adoravo acquistare su YOOX e tutto funzionava alla perfezione, adesso è tutto uno schifo. Descrizione prodotti errata, foto pessime e poi quando effettui i resi i tempi di rimborso sono biblici e parziali. Ultima esperienza ho speso € 198 e mi hanno rimborsato solo € 162, che fine hanno fatto gli altri € 36?? Non comprerò più nulla e consiglio vivamente di scansare questo sito

Same experience with other users. I never received the shipment. UPS acknowledged that it issued a "claim" with the sender (verifiable via UPS tracking). I posted a review on TrustPilot. Yoox came here and posted a reply, claiming they are "handling" the issue but it's a lie - no communication, no reply to emails, no refund. I'm 240EUR out - lesson learned. I used a bank card so now I have to go through the long process of trying to challenge the charge with my bank (not as easy as when using a credit card). Buyer beware.

Per carità assistenza clienti inesistente praticamente, mi hanno rimborsato metà importo perché pagato tramite gift card e PayPal mi hanno rimborsato quindi 32 euro su 82euro. Risposte zero!!

Ganz mieser Service, unbrauchbar Ware geliefert, Rückgabeetikett nicht wie versprochen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ware muss auf eigene Kosten zurück geschickt werden, obwohl die "Nichtnutzbarkeit" des Artikels nicht mein Verschulden ist. Fall an Paypal übergeben. Jetzt abwarten, ob ich den Kaufbetrag irgendwann erstattet bekomme.
Fazit: niemals wieder.

Current “Customer Care” service is shocking. Had an issue with an item purchased last month so contacted them for a resolution. Emails go ignored. Been told I haven’t sent pictures of the issue by email when I have, twice now. Went on Messenger to send the pictures on there as well, quoting my case reference. Sent 5 times but they just closed the chat down each time without action. I’ve been purchasing from Yoox for over 15 years and for a retail group as big as they are, I find this appalling service. Happy to take your money but don’t hold their hand up when they are in the wrong.

Grosse Auswahl, gute Preise, schnelle Lieferung , ich bestelle von Yoox schon seit über 10 Jahre auch von Amerika aus und jetzt von Deutschland . In der ganzen Zeit habe ich zweimal den Kundenservice beansprucht und beides jeweils zu meiner absoluten Zufriedenheit !!!

Perso solo innumerevole tempo , inutilmente con un call center che quando risponde dopo ore m, ti comunica che ci vogliono 21 gg per valitare la pratica ...

Customer service inesistente, pessimi davvero!

Une vraie entreprise de malversation ce qui me laisse stupéfaite. Mon retour d’un bijou à soi disant été reçu vide. Sauf que cela arrive à plein de clients. Aucune enquête auprès du transporteur ( quand on connaît les pratiques d’UPS et de DHL on frémit de savoir qu’aucun verrou à leurs pratiques ne soit mis en place) il faut absolument prévenir les clientes de ce site malhonnête
