I love the customer support every…

I love the customer support every single time I have a large amount to send. You pick the day & time and they call you at the scheduled time. On top of having a lower transfer fee, XE usually offer a better rate than most companies.
Simply the best in the business!

All my experiences in the couple of…

All my experiences in the couple of years I have used your service were excellent,,,except, in the last two someone decided they had to call me!!! On the second occasion it was after I had simply looked up a rate. I want to continue using your services but will not if every time I go online I get a call!!!!!

Commendable International standards with room for improvement

The standard of customer services stands out amongst the qualities of yours services. Their immediate reaction to queries, their patience and the "art of listening" to customers, they demonstrated is exemplary. I was attracted to your offer by your reputation and positive credentials, but if I am allowed to give some feedback back, xe need to work on the speed of processing transfers, because the competition is fierce from other providers such as Ria and Taptap Send. I nearly missed a very important family commitment as my transfers on 28/08/2026 did not get to my account gett to my account till 03/09/26, I know it was a bank holiday weekend in the UK, but a replica transfer with Ria literally took under 24 hrs.
