Lots of promises from a salesman type without full disclosure on potential complications

They assign a personal concierge who makes you think he’s there to help when in reality he’s just a selfish salesman. Too many promises on the front end about the alleged simplicity of the transfer with inadequate knowledge and advisement on potential complications. Lack of full disclosure and transparency of potential complications. My money is still in limbo after over a week. Not sufficient 24 hour response team and customer service. No clear process or pathway to cancel the transaction at different steps in the process. They have my money. Should be paying me interest, and give it back immediately if requested.

new XE = frustration guaranteed

Previous good service but since last month it has become phone service only !!!
Their website is unusable because some genius created a pop-up window "Say hello to the new Xe" which you can not get rid off !!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Xe sort your stuff out or I will be saying goodbye to Xe.

I trust XE to handle funds transfers

I trust XE to handle funds conversion and transfer. They may not be the fastest in the transfer itself, but their no-fee policy is worth it, most of the time. If I need to do a more rapid transfer I use another service.
