Overall service from XBM has been faultless and effortless, Paul Nelson has been brilliant!

Great delivery of our new copier machine and Paul persisted with obtaining a credit note for us after an Accounts error.

Having had a copier machine installed on behalf of XBM, i would like to thank Andy Sahota for all his wonderful help throughout and beyond. He maintained a very high level off approach and went out of his way to make the whole process easier. Andy is a true asset to this company. A wonderful kind pleasant man full of life bless him!

We have had a positive experience with XBM, had our photocopier for 6 months now and everything is running smoothly. Jamie also likes to look after his customers by checking in from time to time.

Great service
Following an online request Paul Nelson called me for chat to establish what we were looking for and what would work best for our business. Paul was so helpful and provided loads of information about cost savings along with a comprehensive quotation
We would definitely recommend - Thank you

Paul is certainly an excellent sales person and someone who will get you a great deal on equipment. Even when there was some issues, where as some sales people will disappear, Paul made sure that everything was done quickly and efficiently.

Paul is an incredible guy, Very down to earth always up for a chat and built a very personal relationship with myself. Great prices and went the extra mile to get a deal done, even driving over an hour to see our office and what would work best,.
Totally 100% recommend!

The company is efficient and gave us an excellent service with installation and after sales.

I enquired about a new printer via a Search Portal. XBM were one of only two companies to contact me. Paul Nelson rang back immediately and was excellent from start to finish! The delivery and installation was immaculate as was the after-sales support, so far.
