XBM Arvostelua

As we have a number of care homes, we were looking for a supplier of photocopy machines

XBM have been a great support, especially Nazmeen who helped us through the whole process and the transition went very smoothly to the printers being installed

Great service! Very helpful and friendly and were quick to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend!!

Original devices we selected were not up to the high output capacity we required. Dan quickly found more suitable devices for our business needs, whilst there was a lead time on the new Kyocera devices Dan ensured we were not without by organising a loan of two Sharp MFDs. New devices delivered and have been working flawlessly for 6 months now. Ordering consumables is easy and straight forward. Great company that have taken the stress out of our print solutions and freed up our IT Team to focus on other things.

Great service! Very helpful and friendly and were quick to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend!!

Epson Workforce Pro
Leanne helped us with looking at cost savings and was able to prospectively reduced our costs by roughly £500/ year. The photocopier was a refurbished model which helped reduce our costs further. We are very happy with how the whole process has been, very efficient and supportive.

I had no idea what I should order to do the jobs we needed done. Nazmeen talked me through everything in a very friendly way, making me very pleased to have placed the order. Now I have the printer - I am twice as pleased! It has sped up our office a lot.

Purchased a new Ricoh IMC2500 printer. Nazmeen made the process very easy and explained our options and choices of printers for our requirement. We were in urgent need and whilst we were waiting for delivery of the new printer, Nazmeen arranged for us to have a loan printer. Excellent service!

It was a pleasure to deal with such a brilliant company when looking to hire one of their printers. Nazmeen went above and beyond to ensure we had next day delivery following our request for a quote to suit our business needs.
The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient in showing myself and my colleagues how to use the printer and I would definitely recommend the services of XBM to others.
Thank you Nazmeen and the XBM team!

Nazmeen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Arranged a speedy delivery at our request as if it was no bother at all. Went above and beyond!

Amazing customer service and friendly sales approach. Simple install and hassle free.

Throughout the purchasing process Richard was extremely helpful and responsive. Speed is always of the essence for our business and Richard really delivered.
Installation this weekend went exceptionally well and we have hit the ground running with our new printers thanks to a great team responsible for the installation.

We had our two printers installed today and due to our WIFI it wasn’t straightforward. However Danny Richardson came on short notice from Scarborough to York and rescued the day. He installed two machines, set them up, linked the devices, was patient training a woman of a certain age
Thanks Danny , great customer service

XBM provided a great service to us recently where we required two Digital Advertising Displays to be installed, I was very happy with the speed and quality of their work and i would like to thank Jaime Kirby for ensuring this was a smooth Process. For that reason, we will definitely contact Jamie for future projects.

Nazmeen was very helpful and helped us find a good deal, she interacted with us very well and is very good at what she does, I would love to employ her.

Paul Nelson was very helpful by informing us of the best copier for our office and explained everything in a polite manner.

Great Service from Nazmeen Akhtar
Great Communication

We are very happy with the printer

Having had a total lack of service from our previous provider, I found XBM through a search on the internet. I can say from the first moment I had contact with XBM long before we signed up as a customer I was impressed. Customer service provided by Nazmeen was of a standard you dont often see anymore. A real sense of being more than a number and that they provide a personal contact point impressed me. The one stop option was what kept me talking, the fact it can all be remotely dealt with was far beyond what we currently received from a local supplier. The team have all been very helpful explaining everything from start to finish. The gentleman who arrived on site were polite and very presentable. The printer is excellent and the post installation service is fantastic. Would highly recommend this company. The price alone is worth giving them consideration let alone all the extras they offer. Very satisfied new customers

HIghly recommended, went above and beyond to rectify our problem and came up with the solution.
