Great support!
I called for the first time not understanding how my PHC works with some of the benefits in my scheme and I was met with such calming patient and helpful energy. Exemplary customer service and support
Exemplary customer service and support. I have been with WPA for over 10 years now and continue to be wowed by the super helpful team and service me, my wife and my mother all receive whenever we have any enquiries or need help. I have hers do other providers who put so many barriers in the way and refuse to pay out for treatments but we have never had that kind of experience at all, quite the opposite. Lorna and Matt have been our account managers all of this time and are so incredibly warm, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

First time WPA have let me down
First time WPA have let me down, a simple claim for glasses was rejected. I could have resent the bill easily but instead I had to start a new claim delaying payment by several days.

Pretty poor as they want every single…
Pretty poor as they want every single detail about what you went through in hospital. I claimed for an A&E admittance and 2 nights in hospital which was sent over to them. They then ask for what treatment I received which is totally irrelevant to the cash. Benefit I was claiming for. Been a member for 10 years. Never claimed any therapies or anything like that and they are scrutinising me on a £90 claim. Absolute joke. Waste of money.
This review has been edited as the claim was paid on time and it was my mistake. 5 stars and sorry for the confusion 🙂👍

Amazing customer service
It’s so helpful being able to contact WPA via WhatsApp when unable to make calls during work time. Libby was so patient and helpful in assisting me to make a claim.

Had to wait a while for my call to be answered but requested call back and received a call fairly quickly. The person I spoke(Sophie) to was very very helpful. I can’t praise her enough. She dealt with my Query in a professional manner very efficiently.
