A slow and difficult start to explain previous issues but representative was very patient as I was agitated with ongoing pain. I had been unexpectedly discharged from a previous insurer and having to recap and update to avoid information was frustrating to start treatment from the beginning- they were professional, calm and very patient. They worked out how my current situation can continue and they provided a seamless service, whereby I received an immediate appointment to continue my treatment. Extremely helpful.

I feel this is a trustworthy company. I have had their insurance for a few years and this year I had to activate towards some health issues.
