I really can’t rate WPA customer service highly enough. Their customer service is truly outstanding. Every time I call I speak to someone who is understanding, sensible & caring & we always get resolution to whatever it is I’m calling about with clear, thorough explanations of all options.
There was even one occasion early on where a few days after my call with an issue that had been resolved I received a follow up call with the words “I have been thinking about what we were talking about and wanted to call to tell you about something else I thought of” That was absolutely incredible & totally over & above any expectations or experience I’ve had from others. Thank you so much WPA.

The advisors are so helpful and make the whole journey easy to navigate. I have spoken to a few different advisors and each one has taken the time to clearly explain what I need to do, which is do reassuring. I would highly recommend them

If you go with WPA you need to be very aware of there moratorium wording as unlike other its very slippery in so far as its not just conditions that have been diagnosed its also anything that you maybe experiencing even if you have no idea what it is........ Its a get out of jail to not pay out, so if you have like me any aches or pains and put it down to age. They are potentially likely to say its pre existing regardless- which we feel is totally underhand as most people are not medically trained and put things down to ' wear and tear ' of life/age. Don't even have the courtesy to discuss, just make a ' judgement ' which is utterly disgusting

The app…my word, it does not seem to work in any way, shape or form! First claim after about 1.5 years with WPA and it should have been simple - take photos of receipts and upload. Errors - I tried photos, pdfs, through the messaging function (which also doesn’t work, in the same way)…9 times. Then a phone call and it turns out they have the data I’ve sent. In this day an age, simple functionality like this - there’s NO excuse for a non-functional app. I dread to think what dealing with this company will be like for anything more difficult! So I suspect come renewal time, I will be moving to BUPA/AXA or back to Vitality.

I spoke to Sophie today about some queries with regards to my claim & issues I had with my planned surgery yesterday (the problems weren't caused by WPA). Sophie dealt with & answered my queries in a very friendly & compassionate manner, which was very much appreciated. Thanks Sophie! 😃😃
