I would like to share my positive feedback on Sophie, who was extremely helpful when I called in to update my claim and for authorisation approval. I really appreciated her friendly manner and the excellent service she provided.

Fortunately or unfortunately I have a whole lot of experience with WPA. Their fee is crippling but I cannot fault their service nor cover. They essentially covered my wife’s battle with cancer from start to bitter end. A part from one treatment which was available on the NHS they made it possible for us to spend whatever precious time we had left together. As for me they have been, and are still covering my ongoing heart condition. I also make use of the, very handy, dental and optometric allowance. I would go without to ensure I can afford this cover. It is priceless to me. Thank you WPA!
