Shambles of a company
Ordered 5 items, only 2 came up on the order. I emailed and they confirmed 5 had been ordered.
When delivered only 2 times were sent. I emailed and asked for missing items to be delivered but they refunded me the difference. I asked if I could have the clothes but they said they would have been able to send them but couldn’t as they had already started the refund… despite me asking for the clothes before the refund!
Requested to speak to complaints department but was told they were complaints and they weren’t doing anything about it.
Shocking service and even worse customer service.

Apologies you experienced a problem with your order.
Unfortunately three of your items failed to integrate successfully into our system and as this is the case an automated system refund was initiated. Unfortunately we cannot prevent a refund once it has been issued.
When you initially flagged this problem with us, all five items were allocated to your order and processing. As explained the confirmation email doesn't list all the items on the order which is common, this is why we did not know there was a problem with these items.
In regards to saying we could have replaced them if a refund had not been issued. I can confirm our team stated that we couldn't send out a replacement as a refund had already been issued which is correct. However as we are not currently offering exchanges/replacements, even if the automated refund had not been issued we would have not been able to replace these items for you.
All customer complaints are dealt with with by the Senior Management within the Customer Service Team, we do not have a complaints procedure. I can see the team explained the situation to you and did offer our apologies in regards to this matter.

Delivery substandard
Delivery substandard, probably not Woodhouse’s fault but Woodhouse did not rectify situation with any satisfaction?
When you pay for delivery you shouldn’t be required to travel three miles to collect your items.

Apologies your order was not delivered successfully.
I have checked the tracking and can see DPD did attempt to deliver to your address and provided an accurate GPS location and a delivery photo of your door. As they could not deliver, they had no other choice but to send your parcel to a pickup shop.
As you confirmed you could not collect the parcel from the pickup shop we have requested it be returned back to us. Once we have confirmation it is on the way back we will be able to issue a full refund for you.

Still need to solve delivery issues
I'm now 3 months into my unlimited next day delivery subscription. I have placed orders in each month but am yet to receive next day delivery. Whilst delivery is still quite prompt, the next day delivery option allowed me to place orders around my days off work knowing I'd be in to receive delivery. With 3-7 days delivery you have no idea when it will arrive. Still a big fan of Woodhouse but they need to sort out their delivery issues. Other retailers are still able to offer next day delivery with no issue. Will definitely still use but just need to get deliveries back to normal
