Buyer beware!!!
I have bought pairs of shoes from Woodhouse. One occasion I bought some advertised as leather when it wasn’t . They changed their policy about returns. Which now the customer has to pay for and they did not inform customers. Buyer beware . Not good after service .

Ordered a couple of times and returned…
Ordered a couple of times and returned a couple of times. The first no issues at all, but my latest return has presented how poor Customer Services are. No telephone number and an email address the only way to contact a very poor and slow CS team. Jacket for some reason got caught up in the postal service and has now been returned to me and with most companies, you would just pick up the phone and discuss how now to proceed. However in the case of Woodhouse, even a call back request is not possible - not really good enough for an established online only retailer!
Update days later - still no feedback via email from their customer service team
Update 27th Feb: as requested but easily obtained from my emails (same name in my email address), the order number is 5000659116.
