Great price, great quality jacket and decent delivery. Would have been 5 stars but the notification email took so long to come through (and I didn't get a order placed screen) that I ordered another jacket. The returns process is well easy by the way 🤣 refund took about 7 working days which for me was fine.

Extremely poor communication
Items delivered fine. Really really bad communication. Still waiting a week later on my second email being answered. So disappointed . Bought three items. Kept one wanted one exchanged and the other refunded. This is from the start of February. Now at the end of the month and I still have no idea what’s going on

I ordered a belstaff jacket 4 weeks ago…
I ordered a belstaff jacket 4 weeks ago apparently the order didn't go through but they took the money from my bank account so they put the money back after contacting them but lost jacket. A couple of weeks later I thought give them another chance so ordered another jacket in a large size when it was delivered it came in a small. Checked order definitely ordered large, tried to reorder,told no large available. Waiting for refund. Unbelievable. My advice don't bother with this company

Total change in policy with no free returns been offered in my opinion this will put them at a significant disadvantage to competitors.

When items are confirmed as successfully dispatched within our system and delivered, we do have policies and procedures in place in order to investigate this.
I can confirm a missing item form was sent to you on the 23rd of February but have not had a response to the email or the form. This is required in order to make a formal request for the CCTV footage and investigate with the courier. Once we have this form we will be able to assist further.
