Apologies you have experienced a problem with your return.
As confirmed via email, your return has not been scanned in as received by the returns department. At this moment your returned goods are not back with us.
As you haven't keep your proof of postage, there is no proof of tracking to confirm that this has been returned, and we cannot find out if it has been delivered. We are not able to issue a refund until the items arrive and are not able to assist you any further because we cannot determine if the return is back without the receipt.
If they do arrive and are confirmed as received we will be happy to refund you.
