Happy Woodhouse customer

Choosing, purchasing and delivery were all straightforward and efficient. The garment is very well made and just as in the website image. I think the price represents good value too.

Thank you for your feedback.

Apologies that DPD weren't able to deliver your order.

I have checked the tracking and can see the courier attempted to deliver to your address on two occasions but was unsuccessful. As this is the case your parcel was processed for a return to sender.

Unfortunately as we haven't received any contact from you we haven't be able to resolve this for you. As we are now aware of the problem I have issued a full refund for your order.

My order was sent back to Woodhouse…

My order was sent back to Woodhouse after one failed attempt I’m out of pocket £150 and I don’t have my items and haven’t since 22/02. Please will someone help me?? This is ridiculous.

Apologies your parcel was not delivered successfully.

I have checked the tracking and can see the courier attempted to deliver to your address on two occasions but was unsuccessful. 

Unfortunately as we were not contacted about this problem until yesterday, we have not been able to assist you with this as we were unaware of the problem.

As we are not able to offer replacements at this time and your items are out of stock, I have now issued a full refund.
