Woodfired Pizza-oven Arvostelua 

We bought our wood fired pizza oven through ebay from this company. It's a corner oven with a render finish. Unfortunately the render is nothing short of abysmal. It's literally crumbled away in the space of a year and it just keeps crumbling as time goes by. I did message them but they didn't bother getting back to me. I'm a plasterer and I will get round to rectifying this and I will probably cover it in mosaic tiles. I paid nearly £1k so I expected far better. Worst of all, after the initial small fires to prime it, it has only been used a couple of times. Very disappointed. Avoid.

DO NOT PURCHASE AT ANY COST.

My partner and I nearly broke a tooth due to weak mortar falling apart inside the oven. The tile base has cracked after one use and even though still under guarantee the company CEO and staff did not care.
The after care service is terrible and would not recommend this company to anybody.

I had the pleasure of trying the pizza at this shop for the first time, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the place was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend this pizza shop to anyone looking for a great slice of pizza in the area!

Are some of these positive reviews genuine customers? Woodfired Pizza Oven co is based in England, yet lots of the reviews here are from Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, even the US. Proceed with caution - my experience of this company was awful. Terrible communication.

Their pizza was Great but cheese was little, thinner than it should be

bad customer service, no one responsible nor answer!

Sadly disappointing. Brick bases were crudely made & did not fit together well, gaps had to be filled with mortar. Grill tray was coated with a silver substance that came off onto the food & had to be scraped /burned off by hand revealing a mild steel finish that will go rusty & not ideal for food preparation. Would expect stainless steel grill for the money paid. Despite contacting the seller 4 times re: tray no practical response received. Engine hoist NOT suitable for lifting oven of this size from a pallet.

I have ordered from this place at least 30 times. And every single time it comes fast (12mins today), and HOT, so hot i have to wait for it to cool down. Delivery drivers are always same guys too and always very polite and happy! THANK YOU
