Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. I have been trying to get hold of them via Phone for 6 weeks. I have sent emails which take over 10 days to respond. All I want is a statement of payments received during the last 12 months. Hardly difficult. Portal doesn’t work. My husband hasn’t even received a letter with his personal ID code. Appalling service.

trying to get my pension for last 3 months.
told new system going in place and forms would be sent 3 times.try to send a mesage but you need the online portal.
online portal does not work as i need n id number wich as not been sent.
use the contact us button and write out a message and it does not send.i am writing this as i enter 30 minutes on hold.i am ticking the box below to let them know and the reply will probably be to contact them.

Appalling service. No communication at all.
1 unanswered emails
2 Not taking any calls
3 the portal messaging does not work
4 wrong financial info sent to what was requested
5 8 weeks and counting with no time scale
6. Complaints procedure not being followed although requested 3 times
Having to find ombudsman info myself after also requested
This process takes far to long and could cause others financial hardship
Unhelpful and still not received info their timeline says shortly but no date given so frustrating to get anywhere.

A culture of shoddiness pervades the organisation
This outfit can't do anything properly.
For the 2nd consecutive year, they have failed to provide my P60 within the statutory time frame.
On two occasions I have had to refer them to Data Protection for devious breaches to support the marketing of a ferry company.
Had I died my widow would have received 60% less than entitlement (finally corrected after 30 years of being wrong). It took 10 months of continued obfuscation and considerable time and expense on my part to get it put right.
Emails are usually not replied to within 10 days.
The customer feedback is non functional due to system errors that nobody has bothered to check or correct.
The members website access is dysfunctional.
This is an organisation that cannot do anything properly.
