Zeer slechte service!

Prijzen en assortiment is prima.
Echter als er iets mis is met je product hoef je niets van de klantenservice te verwachten.
Let extra goed op met reeds geopende (en weer dicht geplakte) dozen.
Aangezien ze geen onderdelen leveren helen mensen onderdelen uit de dozen om de rest dan weer retour te sturen.
Controleer de inhoud dus goed mocht je hier toch willen bestellen.
Maar ik adviseer toch verder te kijken naar een betrouwbaarder bedrijf!

Bedankt voor je review. Wat vervelend dat je zo ontevreden bent met je ervaring bij ons. De situatie die je schetst klinkt ook erg vervelend. Onze excuses daarvoor.

Het is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling dat je geopende en incomplete producten ontvangt. Je bestelt immers nieuwe. Wanneer dit gebeurt kun je het product altijd kosteloos retourneren, het gaat dan waarschijnlijk om een verkeerd gesorteerde retourzending. Dergelijke zendingen horen namelijk niet weer in de roulatie te komen.

Ik heb je bestelling erbij gepakt en ik zie dat we je dit ook per mail verteld hebben, maar dat je de incomplete onderdelen al gemonteerd had. Helaas kunnen wij deze delen niet los naleveren en moet de incomplete set dus wel geretourneerd worden. Ik begrijp dat dat voor jou wellicht geen ideale oplossing is, maar dat is wel nodig om je verder te kunnen helpen.

The whole process was great

The whole process was great. I just now dont like what I bought. I thought I was buying a firmer liner but the one I ordered is really flimsy and I just wont use it. Nothing to do with WinParts though.

Delivery was due for 19th June, but we only received the package on 25th June. Otherwise, good service.

Nieuwe startmotor

Nieuwe startmotor besteld incl. statiegeld. Bleek de verkeerde te zijn en een nieuwe besteld met gebruik van een coupon van de geretourneerde verkeerd geleverde startmotor. Deze was wel goed maar statiegeld krijg ik niet meer terug omdat bij een coupon het hele bedrag gebruikt moet worden?? Ik had dus eerst het geld moeten terugvragen om vervolgens weer opnieuw te betalen. IK heb zelf de keuze gemaakt om een coupon te vragen i.p.v. geld omdat ik toch een nieuwe startmotor moest hebben maar er werd niet bij vermeld dat je dan statiegeld ook niet terug krijgt. Ik had maar olie o.i.d voor moeten kopen. Zo kan ik het ook!
